I got the vivi e-bike delivered today and so far it's amazing!! I live in the Smoky mountains and I was worried it wouldn't climb my mountain (I live on top of the 3rd highest mountain in Gatlinburg Tennessee which has the steepest grade in the Smoky mountains) my first ride was to my work (which is mostly downhill) I got to work and someone called out so I wound up working a couple hours to help out(while at work I charged battery) after work I was worried it wouldn't climb my mountain, boy was i wrong!!! This 500w awesome bike muscled up the mountain no problem!! I almost got the 350w because it was cheaper, I'm glad I didn't. I have only used the power assist and I barely peddled on the steepest part (it could have done it on power alone but was a little slow and I have the need for speed lol) I will probably go through a lot of brake pads but I am extremely impressed!!! I just wish there was an option to add an extra battery (for an additional fee of course) so I could have it in my backpack just in case. I am going to test milage on a full battery charge (later today since it is after midnight writing this review) I will post another review (or update this one not really sure how Amazon reviews work since this is my first written review on Amazon) i might make a video of my ride tomorrow (technically later today since it is after midnight) and post it here( so people who are researching can see how awesome this e-bike is!! ( maybe vivi will give me a discount on extra battery if I do, wink wink nod nod lol) but seriously an awesome under $1000 e-bike!!! I highly recommend this e-bike! How do I get an extra battery and how much is it? Contact me vivi! What an awesome e-bike!! Still in love with this bike!! Brake cable broke and I got it fixed, I have emailed company about which break pads i need it took a few days for them to respond. They wanted order # to tell me which break pads i need still have not heard back oh well guess it's trial and error and time ! Great bike!!! Company response ehhh.... But still highly recommend bike once I figure out what brake pads it needs i will post.

I bought this bike to ride with my two sons. We live in very hilly neighborhood and I haven't ridden a bike in years because of the steep hills. The bike was packaged very well (lots of protection in the box). Everything needed to put it together was in the box. Once it arrived, my young sons helped me put it together. It was much easier to assemble and took way less time than I expected. I bought this particular model because of the option to use it with just the throttle. Once we got it together I charged the battery, and we immediately began riding. It is actually much nicer and way more fun than I expected. The quality of everything was surprisingly good. The assist controls are easy to set (even while you are riding) and the bike just works amazing! The only warning I will give is that it is so much fun you just might end up with several of them (my whole family wants one now). If you are considering any type of e-bike you will definitely not go wrong with this model. EDIT: 01/30/21 - My 12 year old son was riding it on the street in front of our house. The motor started making a loud noise and then stopped working. It now only makes a clicking sound when the motor tries to engage. I have submitted a warranty claim with the seller and Amazon. I will update this review after I receive a response. UPDATE: 02/03/21 - So far email communication with Vivi Customer Service has been very good. It appears the issue is going be resolved. I like the bike (and customer service) so well, I am probably going to buy another one.

Let me start by saying that this is day 4 with the bike. It has given me great difficulty in A) assembly and B) usage. The manual, the operation instructions and everything else weren't very unhelpful. I had to get a friend over to help me. The tools provided were highly inadequate. The initial ride was great zipped around the block a couple of times. However, trying to ride to and from work has been a nightmare because of the inadequate tools I was not able to properly set my seat which kept tilting on longer rides (the boys were abused heavily.) BETTER INSTRUCTIONS AND TOOLS PLEASE AND THANK YOU. Today, I'm hoping, I'll make it to work and back without the repeat of the last few rides now that I feel everything has been properly adjusted and set. Final decision 4/18/24: the eBike and I have finally bonded. Having completed 7 round trips out, confidently hit several bumps in the road, not had my seat or handlebars flip on me and getting full tire pressure, I'm keeping this fantastic bike. 8 minutes to work over the steepest over pass I've ever walked and that walk is 20 to 25 minutes. It's official we're a match. The 4 star rating is for the lack of instructions for setting the eBike up properly and the crap tools they pack with it otherwise it would be 5 but hey no body is perfect.

The media could not be loaded. I bought a Vivi electric bike a few months ago and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It’s the perfect bike for commuting, exploring, and having fun. The bike is well-designed, easy to use, and very reliable. It has a powerful motor that gives me a smooth and comfortable ride on any terrain. The battery lasts for a long time and charges quickly. The bike also has great features like front suspension, disc brakes. The bike is very sturdy and durable, and it looks awesome too. I get compliments on it all the time.Vivi folding 750 watt model fits my needs. They also shipped the bike fast and securely, and it was easy to assemble.
