First off I love this bike, it's 10 times better than anything that's not electric if you've ever ridden an electric bike you will understand. I use it for daily travel to work and around town as I am right in the city. Both the throttle control and the pedal assist both great and our super easy to use and adjust was both hands still on the bars. The bike has plenty of power for travel and even some trail use we'll climb any Hill in my city in the highest gear without breaking a sweat, I'm 33 years old and 154lbs. The overall build quality of the frame looks pretty solid also each weld looks very good considering this is a Chinese bike. You could buy 4 of these bikes for the price of 1 Premium electric bike of a brand name such as plumm bikes. Are?Save your money and buy something by a reputable company. Poor customer service. I contacted them a little more than a year because I had a family emergency in the family when I when I went to use the battery the next year it was dead. When I kept the battery maintenance up all winter in the house, it was showing a green light when I put it on the bike but the battery was dead. Customer service tried to say it was my fault when there was nothing in the battery maintenance, stating anything about what they were talking about. And apparently the charger had to be defective and the battery had to be defective. I recommend you save your money and don't get involved with this company. I have learned my lesson. Since they will not replace the battery. I myself am going to buy a more expensive reputable bike by a reputable company. You only get what you pay for China made c*** I only use the bike 3 times last year. Didn't even run it completely dead, didn't use it that much. The manual didn't say anything about running the battery all the way down below dis charge. Anyway, now they're trying to say that's what happened and no, it did not happen. And there is nothing in the manual that states that in the first place. Do not get involved with this company. I'm telling you, they will s**** y** over. ... show more
