Overall it’s a phenomenal bike for the price. Very powerful and fun to ride, I use it around my super hilly college campus and it navigates with ease. This was both my first folding bike and my first ebike, but there wasn’t really a learning curve and I figured it out pretty quick. The good: - Great ergonomics, feels great to ride - Easy to use throttle and pedal assist settings - Lights are quite bright - Fat tires can handle almost any terrain - Back rack is super handy - Fantastic folding mechanism - Internal battery makes it more secure and less likely to get stolen The less good: - Battery life is decent but not amazing (still gets the job done, and very unlikely to die while you’re riding) - Very confusing instruction manual (didn’t realize it required the key to work until I looked it up) - Still not super compact when it’s folded - Heavy ... show more

This seems like a decent bike for the money, and assembly isn't exactly easy, but it wasn't too bad either. All the required tools are included, and it's not a bad little tool kit. The biggest issue I had with the bike was figuring out how to get it to work. I charged the battery, but couldn't get any reaction from the controls. I saw that it came with a key, but it took me quite a while to find where it goes. It inserts from the underside of the frame, right in front of the hinge in the frame by the pedals. It's also covered by some cables. The key allows you to remove the battery. There are also positions on the battery to turn it on or off. When it is in the on position, the key won't remove, but this is where it needs to be for the bike to work (so you can't take the key out when you're using it). I spent a couple of days looking at the manual and fiddling with the bike trying to determine if the bike was just a dud. I couldn't find this info the manual I received. However once I figured this out it seemed fine. The only other issue I had was the handlebar is slightly (1-3 degrees) out of alignment, but that's not really noticeable when using the bike. Now that it's working I'm happy with it. I only intend to use it for going to the grocery store and small errands. I just wanted to spare anyone else the problem of not being able to figure out the key. I hope that helps! ... show more

I just hit 600 miles on the thing and I use it to go anywhere I need for the most part around my area and has 600 miles and is still doing very well and isn’t stoping anytime soon .

Overall this is a good looking bike and it was easy to assemble. However, it was very difficult for me to use the various settings. Even when following the directions to the letter it took multiple tries to just do simple things like changing from metric to imperial and setting the wheel size which should have been already set to this bike but was at 26 inches and the wheel size is 20 inches. I feel that many of the other settings are ones that only someone very familiar with electric bikes would even attempt to access. For a beginner it is a bit overwhelming. It was also somewhat difficult to read and follow the manual. I have yet to ride the bike but I hope that will be easier as the adjustments make it easy to set for most rider sizes. ... show more
