I purchased this bike on 11/25/2022. The bike looked great and worked great for just about 2 1/2 months. One reason I bought this bike was because it was in stock at Amazon and my girlfriend really liked the way it looked. Of course, just a couple of weeks after Amazon's return window closed the bike died completely. I contacted Amazon, and they told me I had to contact the manufacturer, which I did through Amazon, and have all the history of going back and forth with them for just about 3 months to resolve this issue. First of all, since I made sure the product was in stock with Amazon and not sold through a 3rd party Amazon should have helped me resolve this issue. That being said, the bike is supposed to have a 1-year warranty. After taking several pictures and going back and forth with the manufacturer they finally started sending me a couple of parts to try and fix it (which was always delayed, oh sorry I gave you the wrong tracking number) After both parts did not fix the problem and 3 months of trying to get this resolved(the bike hasn't worked now longer than it worked) I received a message from them saying maybe the parts we send you may have been defective can we send them all again and also compensate you $30 for your time. I told them it was time for them to do the right thing and give us a new bike since it was under warranty. Their final message to me was to contact Amazon to get a replacement or refund. Amazon tells me to contact them. I have been an Amazon customer since basically the beginning of them selling online and have purchased so many items I can't even tell you. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND how they let a company like this sell products on their website. Plus, let's not forget I made sure this was in stock at Amazon and they should have resolved this problem for me themselves. You can buy the bike if you want but even if it is in Amazon stock you might run into the same issues that I have and waste several hours and months trying to get this resolved. Update: Julia contacted me, the head of customer service after I posted this review. She informed me that the guy that was giving me the runaround for just about 3 months was let go and asked "What can she do to help me" I told her I needed a new bike as I'd wasted many months trying every fix and still didn't have a working bike (plus it has a 1year warranty) Long story short she was very helpful and nice and shipped me a new bike. I was away for the holiday weekend so I'm just editing this now. The bikes really are nice it was just a tough process at first getting help but I do feel like they are working hard on fixing this issue. I still have to build the new bike this week sometime but I'm very confident and hopeful everything will work perfectly. Once I have it up and working I'll adjust this post to 5 stars already adjusted it to 4 stars. Thank you again Julia for all your help! Update: The bike is built and works great so far. Changed to 5 stars. Thank you again, Julia!

I purchased this bike for my wife for Christmas couple years back because I had just started riding an E bike and wanted her to join. The bikes is easy to assemble and make adjustments. She loves the bike, but doesn’t write it too much. I end up writing it more than she does, especially when mine needs to be tuned up. Got a good deal on it for Christmas and I’m happy with the quality for the cost.

Arrived about 85% assembled & the rest was pretty straight forward! I swapped out the seat for something wider & softer as the seat it comes with just wasn’t very comfy for the long rides I’m hoping to take. Everything works as described & I was able to take it for a spin about an hour after I received it. Rides very smooth & has quite a bit of get up & go! The controls are very simple & it doesn’t take much to get the hang of gear shifting & pedal-assist options. I hvnt taken it on a long ride yet so I can’t comment on the battery life, I’ll edit my review accordingly ;) The price point is indicative of what you’re getting, and you can see that reflected in some of the bike parts like the fenders & chain guard (they’re plastic & I’m not so sure how well they’ll hold up, fingers crossed). But if you’re looking to spend under $1K on an ebike, this one has quite a lot going for it- it’s very comfortable (I’m 5’2) with multiple options for adjusting the handlebars & seat position which is super helpful, and the tires are good on both gravel and pavement. I like that the battery slides out so you can store & charge indoors if you’d like! It’s a fairly heavy bike & adding baskets & cargo carriers will only make it heavier (I added both, and went with lightweight wire mesh baskets on the front & back to keep the weight down). So far I’m very pleased with it! It’s a nice looking, fun little ride that didn’t break the bank. UPDATE: Really enjoying this bike! So far the battery life is as advertised & it’s nice knowing I can just ‘keep going’ without worrying about the trip back. The biggest thing to keep in mind is that the battery life depends on the terrain (hilly vs flat), the weight of the rider, and how much pedal assist you use. It’s pretty powerful & I rarely use anything but the lowest setting. Husband liked it so much we got one for him too!
