Well made product, everything works right. It is too tall for me(5'6), with the seat at lowest setting, I can hardly touch the ground with my toes.

    • Peddling issues
Electric works great but when you try to peddle the bike it seems like there is something going on . It will slip like there are gears broken in the motor. My wife thought it was changing gears on its own but it is slipping.

This bike is junk should have been made with hydraulic brakes !! Had to eventually put hydraulic breaks on it due to the amount of times the brakes needed to be fixed

We bought two of these VIVI fat tire bikes. And they are AWESOME. Easy to put together, easy charging, and they are fast. You won't be disappointed.

Warning JUNK!!!!! Very Poor customer service DO NOT BUY you will be wasting your money. Ordered mine have had a month and cannot ride due to bad motor now a bad battery and you have to deal with email communication only I have never talked to a human and their hours of service are ludicrous hours are 6pm to 3 am.SMH Do your research these are JUNK vikes and poor service and customer services. ... show more
