I broke my femur and have been using a walker for many months. The pain and calluses on my hands were really bothering me. My physical therapist looked these up for me online and they have been a God sent. They slide around a little bit the alternative is well worth it.

These are really comfortable and easy to put on however, they are too big and do not stay in place. The part with the Velcro keeps ‘rolling’ around to the top where your palm rests and there is mo padding there. The Velcro strips are narrow so one cannot tighten them for a secure fit. I used these on a basic walker with grey rubber grips. I ended up taking an old ace bandage and wrapped each rubber grip about 3 times. Then these fit nice and did not move around. This could be solved by the manufacturer by making the Velcro strips twice as wide as they are which would allow for some adjustment. Other than that, they are comfy. ... show more

I didn't really need these because my rolling walker already has hand cushions, but they are black and I wanted to add some color! These nearly match the drink holder attachment I also ordered. :) That being said, they are very easy to attach, just wrap around and connect the velcro. They stay in place and don't spin or slide. And yes, they are very cushy and soft! What's really great about these is that they have 2 layers of padding so you can make it thicker or thinner to make it fit, or to suit your comfort. While these look good on Amazon, it turns out they are too small in both directions -- Only 4 inches of hand grip, and too short to wrap around and grip easily around the walker frame. Further, they don't have the cushion that I wanted. Too thin. I found another set that also came in a variety of colors, that are 5 1/2 inches long for a good hand grip, and a wee bit long to wrap around and better secure. ... show more

These handle cushions are great!! They save your hands from the rough handles on the walkers. It has foam sheets inside that can be removed if needed for a more comfortable fit.
