  • Stiffness is GONE!!
Style: 2-Pack Color: Black
Using this for a trigger finger. Have already had surgery for trigger finger on other hand. Doctor suggested immobilizing finger for several weeks to aid in reducing inflammation. Before, the pain from trigger finger would disturb my sleep. I tried the product that features 2 bands across the finger. It was comfortable, but awkward. Driving was especially awkward, not able to grip steering wheel. When I would remove the splint, my finger would be very stiff and uncomfortable. THIS product seems to be much better. The construction allows for more hand and finger mobility. Took a little getting used to, but now after a couple weeks, it is completely comfortable. I am able to do most tasks without removing the splint. I wear it while sleeping and upon waking, I have no discomfort. There is no stiffness when I remove the splint. There is improvement in my finger. I’m hoping to avoid surgery again. ... show more

  • If you have a trigger finger…
Style: Single Color: Black
If you have a trigger finger, unfortunately, because they’re horrible, and if you have a finger and it gets triggered and it locks down can be excruciatingly painful and this particular trigger finger brace is exactly what my physical therapist who works with my hands, told me to purchase. He told me to go to Amazon and showed me a photo of the exact one to purchase and it was this one and it works exactly the way it should be honest. This is my second trigger finger brace because I have four trigger fingers now on each hand , I hope I don’t need more but right now. The two work very well and this can be adjusted so it doesn’t matter what size your finger is, how small how thick, it can be loosened or tightened to fit perfectly to hold your trigger finger in place so the tendon will not trigger and lock your finger against your hand. And what is nice is that the way it straps on in the way it goes against your palm it does hold your finger firmly, which is what you want. ... show more

  • Serves it's purpose
Style: Single Color: Black
It does keep me from bending my finger too much , but my hand is small and it is a little bulky.

  • Great size and it works!
Style: Single Color: Black
So thankful for this splint and the relief it has brought me. After suffering with a locking/popping/aching left ring finger (knuckle) for three months that refused to get better on its own, I finally gave in and went to the doctor who recommended immobilization with a splint as a first line of treatment. However, the doctor-provided splint was a long one that was held in place with wrapping and I found it very uncomfortable, cumbersome, and time-consuming because of having to unwrap and rewrap it whenever I needed to take it off. Also, since my full-time work involves working with a computer all day, the doctor-provided splint was pretty much useless because I wasn't able to wear it at work because I couldn't type with it on. After a month of wearing that splint (mostly at night), I was no better so I made trip number two to the doctor who then recommended a cortisone shot as the second line of treatment. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the immediate improvement I was expecting after that shot. That was disheartening. At that point, I decided to again try immobilization, but this time instead of going to the doctor, I hopped on Amazon and searched for trigger finger splints and found this Vive one. The price was right and the size looked good so I ordered it. Best decision ever. It was small enough in size that I could wear it at work and type. It was also small enough in size that it wasn't cumbersome or uncomfortable. And I realized real quick that the best way to use it was to tighten it just tight enough that it stayed on, but loose enough that I could easily be pulled off (like a ring, without having to separate and restick the Velcro repeatedly). Using it that way made it quick and easy to take off and put back on when needed. Within a week of wearing this little splint, I noticed a huge improvement in my finger and after two weeks, I no longer had popping or locking. I plan to continue wearing it for a number of weeks in order to continue resting/healing that ringer. I was going to buy a second one in case I misplace my current one, but, unfortunately, as of the writing of this review, it is no longer available on Amazon. I really hope it'll be available again soon because it is a good little product. ... show more

  • Nice design BUT....
Style: Single Color: Black
The splint is well made but is too small. I would suggest that the splint is designed for the Chinese market, not for larger Americans. If you are > 6' tall, check other manufacturers for perhaps a larger splint.

  • Really helps.
Style: 2-Pack Color: Black
Works as described, I have trigger finger and this really helps at night. Keeps me from waking up in pain. I like how it is adjustable for finger thickness.

  • It is literally a life saver for me
Style: Single Color: Black
I am a musician (guitar player) and I started noticing problems with my left-hand ring finger. It was Trigger Finger. As I am a right-handed player, you can see why it would be a problem for any finger on my left hand to get stuck in any position. The pain was IMMENSE when it happened. Your brain wants your finger to straighten out even if you don't want that to happen, which causes unintentional failed attempts to straighten it, just a terrible feeling of not being in control and horrible pain. I was getting woken up at night by the problem and I felt my life was over. Enter this little miracle. Vive Trigger Finger Splint. I had no idea it existed and I am pretty sure most of the people suffering from this condition do not either. The VIVE Trigger Finger Splint is so much more comfortable and efficient than a full-finger splint that limits your hand's ability to function in the simplest ways. It is so simple and so effective. I urge you to pick one of these up if you are having this problem. After about a week of wearing it at night and varying lengths during the day, I can remove it and play normally. You need to give your hand some rest in addition to the splint, of course, it is not wizardry (at least I don't think it is...) but it works. It just works and you will be able to get back to the things you love doing. CHEERS! ... show more
