Taming the IT Band

My husband has experienced ITB syndrome for several years. Therapy didn't help; the doctor's solution -- get a cane! The Vive IT Band strap has really helped! He had been using another knee band (designed for below the knee) with minimal success. The Vive band didn't cure the problem (there is no cure), but it has made a DRAMATIC difference in my husband's mobility. I am SO thankful that we discovered it!!!

Great Support for IT Band Pain – Comfortable and Effective

I bought these IT band straps to help with outside knee pain from running, and they’ve made a noticeable difference. The compression hits right where it’s needed and helps reduce discomfort during workouts and longer walks. I especially like that it comes in a 2-pack, so I can keep one in my gym bag and one at home. The neoprene material feels sturdy but still comfortable against the skin, and the adjustable Velcro makes it easy to customize the tightness. Once positioned correctly, it stays in place pretty well without sliding around too much. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can take a little trial and error to find the perfect placement, and if worn too tight it can feel a bit bulky under leggings. But overall, it provides solid support and good value for the price. If you’re dealing with IT band syndrome or lateral knee pain, this is definitely worth trying before moving on to more expensive options.

This is good but at my sedentary job. This simply wore out too quickly. The velcro doesn't hold the way that it used to. The different sizes on my pain area are fine. Those are good.
