I purchased the chair for my husband because he suffered from a leg injury and he needed to sit up rather that stay i the bed. The chair arrived and I was able to assemble it myself and I a m not a technical person. It was comfortable for initially but it was too shot for him as he is 6 ft.; his feet hang over. It is perfect for me I’m 5 ft. There are no arms on the chair and this is the only disappointment. I love the massage feature.

This chair serves its lift purpose, but it’s so stiff it offers no comfort. I purchased it to use it after surgery and all I could handle was a few hours and had to move to the bed. If your looking for comfort, this is not the chair for you.
