I'd never tried a litter mat like this one before, usually I've used the rubber and plastic mesh kinds. What I liked about this one is it looks like just a regular mat or rug, while helping to hold/trap the litter tracked out of box (alot of it). It feels nice and soft on both kitty and human feet! :) It's easy to shake out, wash, and is quite durable. I purchased the larger of the two sizes which is a good size, BUT I wish they had an even larger size, such as several inches larger, for multiple cats and multiple litter boxes (-I foster cats/kittens, as well as have my own, so I've had up to 16 cats making litter messes at one time LOL). The price is pretty reasonable as well. Also, it would be nice if they had more colors - besides a cream and gray, a black and brown, if not other colors. ~Highly recommend !!! And I will purchase again!

Love this item!!!! We have a litter robot and our cats were jumping out and getting litter everywhere, this mat/rug has stopped that. It is soft and looks like a regular rug/bath mat. The cats have been found laying and napping on it. We take it out side and shake it out from time to time but usually we just vacuum over it with our stick dust buster. (A normal vacuum of course pulls the rug into it). I love that it doesn't look like the plastic liter mats and the litter seems to go deeper into the base so unless it is time to shake it out and wash it, you can step on it and not feel or get litter on your feet. Oh and after we shakenit out we have thrown it in our washer and dryer to keep it smelling fresh. Would 100% buy it again!!

My kitty and I are fans of this litter mat! I've noticed it does a much better job at pulling litter off of kitty's paws than her old plastic-y mat did. No mat is perfect, some litter does still end up throughout the apartment but there has been significantly less since we started using this mat. My kitty seems to really like how soft it is, I've seen her nap on it a few times even. I like that it doesn't look so much like a litter mat and just looks like a bathroom rug (kitty's litter box is in a spare bathroom). I do a quick shake of the litter mat every time I scoop the litter box and find that is pretty sufficient to keep it clean. My only complaint is that it is slightly more difficult to clean up wet messes (kitty puke or such) than the plastic-y mat, but that is to be expected since this is a fabric item and not plastic. Overall, I'd recommend this litter mat! It's cute, soft, and helps cut down on litter tracking a bit.

Very soft and beautiful "rug" in front of our cat boxes. Light and easy to shake out and I'm looking forward to being able to easily clean them in the washer. Very happy with this purchase.

After test purchasing one of these mats, I liked them enough to get three more. They are loved by my kitties, I have tried the other hard plastic mats that 'trap' litter and the cats did not seem to like them nearly as well as the Vivaglory. With the plastic mats I would see them leap out of the box as if to avoid touching it. They are also much harder to clean. And cheaper! These soft mats are also a breeze to pick up and shake several times a day into the box. I got two brown ones and two blue. I would love to see even more colors available. Maybe some red ones and green ones for the holidays. To wash, I just shake off well, and toss them all together in the wash machine on delicate. Then into the dryer on low or air dry. I have even hung them up to dry.. There has been no fraying of the mats from washing or drying, or from cats clawing them. I can also attest to the waterproof nature of the mat bottom as one of our kitties misses the box sometimes, these have been fantastic at protecting the natural waxed wood floor and marble tile. One of my cats likes the mat so much when I first brought it out of the package he had to snuggle with it for a few days :)

Like this product so much that I purchased a second one. Not higher functioning than is needed to capture the litter. A one piece deal. Hand vacuum easy or pick it up and let the litter fall outside. The dual loft works to catch and store the litter at the same time it’s soft on Kitty feet. I bought the grey and it looks nice.
