I like the color and the smooth comfortable ride the only negative thing I would say is the 75nm of torque is not accurate because it struggles going up hills even in pedal assist and no adjustments you can make in settings to change that!overall a great bike!

**Full one year and 600 mile report of bike use-** Ok, I’ve had the bike for almost a year now, and I have to say that I’m very happy with it. My partner also got one and we zip around and have great day trips on them. We get lots of compliments as to how cool they look. Yes, the brakes still squeak a bit but otherwise it’s been problem free. The bike mechanic said it’s in great shape at the check-up last week, and that the brakes could be upgraded- but I’m not going to bother with it right now. They stop the bike solidly and that’s good enough for me. Unless you really know what you’re doing, I recommend having a local shop put it together when it arrives and check it over first, as my rotor was bent in shipping and everything needed to be adjusted to my height and needs. Better yet, I would have found a bike shop FIRST and coordinated with them about an assembling and safety check appointment before bike arrived. A few shops didn’t want to work on it as they didn’t sell it to me, so you may need to do some calls. Yes, you might be able to put it together but it’s a safety issue that protects your body and investment. Trust me, you’ll want that piece of mind to make sure it’s safe when you’re flying down the road at 25 miles an hour. So the damage in shipping and the need it to get it assembled with safety check made it not able to ride right away but it was worth it for me. There was other minor cosmetic damage in shipping (bent rotor, two small rips on seat, few blemishes on body) but the company took care of it pronto and sent an extra rotor, seat, and tiny bottles of paint for the few small gouges on body. Runs well, battery is great and holds a long charge, pulls me up hills no problem, and is easy to drive. I recommend going into 4 before going up steep hills just to get extra power (and don’t stop till you’re at the top) so that you go up in good speed. I recommend a pack of small reusable Velcro straps to hold baskets on tight so that they can be removed for folding of bike or trip to bike shop, better than plastic zip ties. One more thing people should consider before buying- this is more like handling/riding a motorcycle than a street bike, it’s powerful and heavy enough that you can’t lift it easily, at about 75 lbs, so extra awareness needs to be cultivated as you’re taking off and going faster than a regular bike. Start slow, go up in speed when necessary but then knock it back down to 1 or 2 before taking off again or it can shoot out before you remember you’re not on a regular bike. Be careful around pedestrians. *Important safety thing to note is that you can’t hold it in place with the brake and use the throttle at the same time, like if you’re on a hill. I had to stop midway going up a hill at a stop sign and tried to use the brake till the throttle moved me but it’s disengaged when brake is, so I fell and the bike fell on my leg, nothing major but just a warning that it’s not like a regular bike in a few key ways. Also recommend an Apple AirTag on it so you always know where bike is. Also getting a bike mirror set, or mirror on helmet, so you can see behind you is a good thing. Definitely recommend wearing a helmet! Maybe not a top of the line bike with quiet brakes but a great value for the money…and it came in green! ... show more

    • Fast and fun but directions are very lacking
I finally got to use this bike. I had to get a new shorter seat post without the shocks. Then I was able to reach the ground flat footed but I had to order a larger seat. so today I got to ride it and it was fun as he||! Complaints: 1. directions for assembly and use are severely lacking. I'm decent at assembling things but have no bike knowledge and it took a few hours. 2. a fork nut was missing. I'm still waiting for that to be sent from China. 3. I also had no idea how to use the gear speed with the motor speed control. And what is the dial on the forks for!? 4. The seat is too tall for me and I'm not a short person so an extra $60 to get that right. 5. The steering and seat lock is weak and has to be tightened regularly. Update... Two and a half weeks later I received that locking nut. After taking it out a couple times on the road and dirt roads I have realized that things need to be tightened on a regular basis. The seat and steering need to be retightened regularly. The pedal assist adds length onto the battery life. The gear shift highest is seven and it is still too easy. ... show more

Easy assembly other than the wheel reflectors. Responsive fun to operate. Negative is the lower grab handle, unable to insert my hand beyond the 1st knuckle which is kind of annoying.. This was one of my prime requirements I looked for in perspective for e bikes. I live on the second floor so being able to lift and carry the bike up and down stairs is a priority. 2nd to negative is the bottom battery mount bracket-frame...not the best design where the battery slides down and settles into the bottom frame instead hangs up requiring a thin screwdriver to wiggle the battery so it can settle it it's mount.
