I just received mine today and was up and running in under 10 minutes after unboxing. I have used a couple other lasers and they took. Over an hour to assemble. It came with some already engraved wood so I can see how it well it looks, and a couple blanks. And they were not you normal 2x3 no no they are 12x16!! The camera workes beautifully.

Work amazing out of the box for a few days. Followed all instructions on how to keep the laser and machinery clean. Now it only runs for a few hours at best. Not overheating, it just stop in the middle of a job and will not let me resume. I have to cancel the project and have lost material to boot. Waiting on any type of customer service help before I return this, but 30 is not very long

I am sure it is a great machine, but we were able to afford an X machine a day after ordering this machine. Trying to cancel our order from Wecreat (product was not purchased through Amazon). So far all phone numbers for customer service are invalid (even the one on the confirmation email). The USA address (Seattle Washington) is only a warehouse. We requested to cancel the order 2 times via their customer service msg system on their website...to no avail. 3rd request has been sent and videoed as proof. Bottom line...if you think you may ever need to deal with their customer service, think twice before purchasing a product from Wecreat.

Although this machine does not have the text path option or bidirectional engraving, I am very pleased with their customer service. They have explained why the text path and bidirectional engraving are no longer available. They also provided me with a link to upload the old software which had these options. The machine itself works very well and has met my expectations. Again customer service is great they have been in touch with me every time I have reached out with questions/issues. Very disappointed in this product. After seeing their videos and other YouTube videos, the software was why I bought this product. In using this “all in one” I found: 1. You have to be a VIP member to use some features like AI. 2. The text path is no longer available. 3. Bidirectional engraving is no longer an option either. I have to use it a bit more to see what else this “all in one” laser doesn’t do.
