I use other Virtue products and have for many years. I find their products are good to my hair and scalp, with little to no irritation. I have thinning hair but it is dry and frizzes at times. This product definitely thickens. My hair feels much thicker using it. It also has heat protection, so when I do use a blow dryer it helps. I can use this product on damp hair as well to air dry. It thickens either way. I also find this provides some conditioning so I appreciate the multiple benefits in one product.

I usually purchase from Virtue web site and was happy so see a big discount for prime days. I have very fine hair and this treatment really delivers fullness when I air dry and even better if I use my hairdryer. I wash my hair with Virtue full shampoo and if time use the Virtue full conditioner, towel dry and apply the leave in treatment. Virtue is one of the best hair care lines for fine hair, you can not go wrong with. I and my husband also use the primer and the mousse as needed. I can also highly recommend Damage Reverse Serum if your hair needs repair. My sister loves the curl shampoo and conditioner and I can tell you neither one of us works for the company, the products just honestly delivers the results they say and worth every penny.

It’s probably the best hair thickening product that I have used and I’ve used a lot of them. I have long fine hair and it coated it just enough to make each strand feel thicker. It was a little drying so I used an oil after ward I say, give it a try. I did not give it five stars because I don’t believe there’s a five star lotion out there. This comes close.

It works and it thickens as it states that it does. My BIG opposition to further purchasing of the product, would absolutely be the fabrication of the tube container - specifically, the very poor spout design. You push it down BUT the OPENING for the treatment is a mere "pinhole" and thus you can't EVEN GET A NICKEL SIZE portion on your palm to spread through your hair! Enough of this. This is a really surprising product. I thought it would act like a thick cream by how it looks and feels in your hand. But when you put it in your hair it somehow turns light and bouncy and soft. Just a delight for my fine and thinning hair. Doesn't create a lot of volume but it does make your hair bouncy and feel/look more dense.

The smell is awful and it makes my fine hair look greasy by the middle of the day. I’ve liked other Virtue products (which smell nice), but this one was disappointing.

This is my first ever Amazon review, I usually simply just don’t take the time. That said, I cannot recommend virtue flourish, thickening styling treatment more! It absolutely does what it says it will: thickens each strand, and gives incredible volume that lasts for days. I’ve been looking for a product like this, my entire life, no kidding! I have fine textured hair with medium to low abundance. When I blow out my hair with this product, I feel like I have medium textured hair with medium abundance. Pretty fabulous! Pro-Tip: the first time I used it, I followed the instructions of only using a nickel size. The second time I used it, I applied a nickel size from roots to mid length and then another nickel size from mid length through the ends and that was perfect! It’s a bit of an investment, but you won’t regret it! Especially since you can return it if you don’t love it, Jeff won’t care ;)
