The package arrived early and that was a nice surprise. The box was well packed and everything was in good shape. When I opened it up. Everything I needed to assemble my bicycle was included and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The quality of this bike is fantastic. I was able to put it together all by myself taking my time and I spent a couple of hours doing it. The only negative I have found so far is that the seat is a little bit hard. I may end up putting a gel cover over it eventually. Overall this is a fabulous bike for the money! It is a very good looking bicycle which just adds to the appeal! I love my new around town bike! It was pretty easy to put together, well packed & fells sturdy & safe. I am a cyclist, but had 3 surgeries in the past 2 years & I am enjoying the upright position to get back into cycling shape. The bike was easy to put together and rides like a dream, especially at this price point. Bought this for my wife and she is very happy with it and loves the color and how comfortable it is to ride. The original shipment came with a bent front wheel, but after talking to their customer support, they promptly sent me a new wheel at no charge to me. They were very helpful and super kind.     • LOVE the bike!!, but assembly was not easy
I'm not sure what I (70+) was thinking to take on the challenge; did finally get it together "perfectly" with a few retries -- but couldn't get one pedal on (who knew that they screw in opposite; both are not "righty-tighty"). And then I took it to bike shop for safety check, to find out my brake wires were [laughable]. It's fun in the neighborhood, and performed well this weekend for a 15-mile trail in the Everglades. ... show more

I love this little bike! It was a bit tricky for me to put together since I’ve never assembled a bike before. Some of the instructions were unclear, with unlabeled parts and awkward translations, so that part wasn’t the easiest. That said, once it was all together—totally worth it! It’s super cute, rides really nicely, and I keep getting compliments on it. It also came with accessories like a bell, basket, and bike lock.
