The bike rides great, after putting it together which wasn’t to bad, My dad has ridden this bike for about 60 miles total. We did have a small issue with a noise that there customer service and techs quickly figured out and told us how to fix it over email. The battery seems to last quite sometime. He rides it on level 3 assist and he rides about 15 miles and the battery is still well over half full. My dad is 83 and he looking forward to our next ride next weekend. We had to painfully construct this tricycle from poor direction that didn’t even match our product perfectly. When we finally got it together, the display lit up and the battery was charged completely, but the electric motor wouldn’t work, nor the horn or the headlight. Not happy to spend almost a grand and just have it sit. It is too big for our car to transport to a shop. Sad, because if we liked it, we had planned on getting another one. ... show more

If you can find someone who assembles things like Bicycles and such find one and ask them to do it for you. Parts are often put together in the wrong order in the instructions and many are very (fiddly) as in varied nut and bolt sizes, proper Brake adjustments, Fenders and such are somewhat of a nightmare. Suggestion Lay out all the parts. Keep from losing any as there are no Extras. Even with that I had to make a few trips to the hardware store to finish it after some 14 hours in 2 days. So assembly is not for the faint of heart. But after it is fully done for the price it is a fairly decent Electric Trike. YouTube Videos help somewhat. ... show more

Great E trike! Free delivery, most bikes on Amazon charge $99 even for prime members. Had it delivered directly to a local bike shop for assembly and delivery. Assembly costs $250 based on 3 estimates so check around. My bike shop said it was a challenge to build so it was worth the cost for me The trike is a smooth safe ride and has the same features as bikes twice the price and more. To save you some research time, the rear wheel width is 27”, nearly impossible to find that dimension anywhere on the internet. Viribus charges $799 not including delivery but sold through Amazon it was less. They also had a $40 coupon which was easy to use and it offset the taxes. I highly recommend it! ... show more

Bike motor quit working after 2 months. Have not had any luck getting help getting it replaced under warranty. Avoid this company.

    • Smallest 26” trike ever lol, bad back brake
This bike is very small with big wheels. If you’re over 5’9” you’re gonna feel like you’re riding a tricycle. This is the 4th trike I’ve assembled and never had a back brake that acts like this one. It’s operating as sort of an emergency brake. When I hit it, the brake stops and locks, and won’t unlock unless I move the bike backwards a half inch. Bike shops in my area refuse to work on electric bikes that they didn’t sell, so I have to make sure the front brake is superb before I can feel safe on this thing. I swear if it wasn’t for re-boxing, I would’ve sent it back. Fin. ... show more
