Do not buy this bike it is cheap and flimsy, the motor went out after 40 days, they sent a new wheel and to find out one of the front spokes is twisted so you can’t put the wheel on without getting a new spike. It is 45 days old so they won’t refund the money. Then they blamed us and said it was put together wrong. We had it put together by a bike tech. So dissatisfied with them. ... show more

My hubby loves his new strike. He just has to get more familiar with it. Assembly was about two hours by our knowledgeable handyman.

    • Broke right away. One month part is not in stock.

The motor broke after 3 rides. While Viribus technicians were polite. I was told a new motor would not be in stock until the end of April. And then it would be shipped out. It will be five to six weeks from the time of my call. Very disappointed. I did like the bike while it was working.

Bike broke on the first ride due to a faulty piece in front tire. Faulty piece broke, bike shifted on the front tire and the electrical wire got tangled and damaged and no longer works. So disappointed. Waiting to hear back from seller if I can return or what options there are.
