Mostly because my brake pad is rubbing on the front wheel that I installed. My fender also needed adjusting to not rub on the tire. As with any new piece of equipment, it took me a little while to get use to the operation and setup of this ebike. I'll have to say that Customer Service and Tech Support service has been great and quick in responding to my questions. From what I've learned in these few short days, this bike is well built and performs very well on the trail. My only complaint now is that the bike is a bit tall for my 5'0" wife and she has a little trouble getting up on the seat. So far, she has been able to work around this issue. Would I recommend this bike to family and friends? ABSOLUTELY! Would I buy it again? ABSOLUTELY! ... show more

Love this bike! Looks great. Know that the paint is matte and not shiny. I like that but I didn’t know. The seat is uncomfortable so I had to buy another one. Looks great, works great. Would buy again.

Bike rides excellent. Had some difficulties with the gear shifting when I first got it. I called tech support and they showed me how to fix it but it was a little bit beyond my skill set. So I took it to the bike shop. Tech support said they were going to take care of that tune up and they did. So we have two bikes now that run perfectly for a great price. ... show more
