I am 5'9" and 200 lbs, and the Large fits me very well overall. I did find it to be a little tight in the shoulders, but that is to be expected with a unisex cut. This onesie is very comfortable. It fits well and isn't difficult to clean or maintain. The fabric used for the fur is a bit annoying, as it catches and sticks onto clothing easily, almost like it is shedding in a way.
