I bought this bike to ride to the park with my dog and save gas. It shifts well and quieter than 2 other electric bikes. I had a problem with the seat post lock. When I loosened it, it came apart and had a hard time getting it back together. I almost bought a new one. Also the screws that attach the basket are cheaply made and won’t thread so replaced them. I am a 74 yr old woman and was able to assemble it by myself. I watched the video. The seat isn’t soft enough for me so will get a memory foam one, but if I were younger it probably would be fine. I was pleasantly surprised that there are options to change on the settings which I haven’t tried yet but need to brighten up the screen. My other bikes surged abruptly at first but this one doesn’t which I really like. Easy does it! You can adjust that as well. The rear carrier has a spring to hold items down. The security alarm only goes off when I turn it on and the remote doesn’t activate but don’t think I would use it. I am 5’11 and it fits well and I like the hand grips and handle bars. Nice head light and electric horn. Great buy!

Love this bike! Looks great. Know that the paint is matte and not shiny. I like that but I didn’t know. The seat is uncomfortable so I had to buy another one. Looks great, works great. Would buy again.

Love where it saves on my knees when riding. I haven't rode a bike in years. Very easy to control. Been very fun learning about e-bikes. Love the color. Very light weight. No issues with the battery. Never had an e-bike before. But every on is shocked when I tell them it's an e-bike. So I think good quality 🤔. Husband said easy to put together.

Received bike in box. Well packed and no damage. All tools necessary in box. Took approximately 3 hours for assembly. The only difficult items to assemble was front led headlight and fenders. Headlight bolt sets into recessed area and difficult to tighten. Small spacer might help. Tires are partially inflated. Brakes my need small adjustments following first few weeks of riding. I have had for a month now and have been very happy with the bikes function and dependability. The only thing I changed was an aftermarket seat. If you purchase this item, you should be happy with the product.

This is a high quality bike. Super pretty color and was packed up really well for shipping. The only let down is that neither brakes work. The back ones don't stop you at all and the front ones squeak really bad and also don't stop you. This is the second bike that I've purchased on Amazon that had this issue. It's definitely a bummer. Other than the brakes not working, the bike is great. Also the seat is super uncomfortable!!

So I read all the reviews and decided to purchase one. When it arrived everything was packaged well and the assembled took less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately the front tire was not holding air and appeared to have a cut. I was hesitant to contact the company due to the trouble others have had with getting a resolution. After I went through the Amazon remediation I had decided I would wait a few days and just take it to a bike shop and have them fix it. However, within hours of sending in the return ticket I got a reply from the company asking what they could do to help. I told them that I was fine with the bike and no shipping damage but that the front tire was not holding air and appears to be damaged A few hours after I sent the reply I got another response saying a new tire would be sent out to me and I should have it in 7-10 days Wow…. I was so happy with the immediate response and to have a new wheel coming to me. I did borrow another bike tire until it comes just so I could ride it As a 64 yr old adult, this bike is an absolute joy to ride and at 220 lbs it pulls me up 30° inclines with no trouble at all. I so excited about a e-bike! This is going to really influence me to get back on the trails and also riding in my neighborhood

I'm the mom that can put most ikea furniture together in nothing flat. This bike install took me a bit longer than I expected (2hours). Mostly because my brake pad is rubbing on the front wheel that I installed. My fender also needed adjusting to not rub on the tire. Overall after asking many neighbors I found work around. i love this bike otherwise my small toy size dog fits in the front basket.

As with any new piece of equipment, it took me a little while to get use to the operation and setup of this ebike. I'll have to say that Customer Service and Tech Support service has been great and quick in responding to my questions. From what I've learned in these few short days, this bike is well built and performs very well on the trail. My only complaint now is that the bike is a bit tall for my 5'0" wife and she has a little trouble getting up on the seat. So far, she has been able to work around this issue. Would I recommend this bike to family and friends? ABSOLUTELY! Would I buy it again? ABSOLUTELY!
