Graphics are awesome, the unit runs smooth and quiet, the gaming capability is just awesome and everything runs so fast! Keep in mind that this is a sub-$600 machine with all the bells and whistles and installed operating software as part of the package! Just great value! ViprTech's tech support has been outstanding! I had some questions about certain items and they worked with me, answering questions, giving advice and providing me with the answers I was looking for! Great support staff! Performance is great! But after 4 months of use I had to tap the pc to be able to turn it on , and after 5 months of using it, the wifi adapters weren't reading the wifi signal, I sent an email to ViprTech support and let me tell you customer service from ViprTech are amaizing, they reached out to me in less than 24 hours, they agreed to fix my PC at not extra cost except shipping and handling which it was not more than 100 dollars, we sent it back to the factory, they fixed all the problems and sent it back to me in less than 10 days. Now the PC is working just like it supposed to be, I also updated from 2 to 5 stars because I know they went above and beyond to fix my PC , I give a big high five 👋 to Matt who help me with all the process and answer every question that I had. Thank you so much. My son is now very happy to be able to play his games. Also thank you for the stickers you guys sent with the accessories. ... show more

    • Think twice about purchase from ViprTech. No customer support, computers not working well.

I have purchased two of these computers last year. The first one I purchased in spring 2025 and the second one in summer 2025. I was really pleased with the first computer so bought a second one for my son. Since then, the first one has had two fans that I have to "kick start" them with a quick finger spin. That's annoying but the computer has still worked fairly well. In fact, I'm writing this review thru the very computer I purchased. The second one, on the other hand has had major graphics and operational problems. The most frustrating thing is I've tried to get a hold of customer support on several occasions only to be taken to a voice mail. I've never been able to talk to someone. I've left messages but to date have NEVER received help. I urge all potential customers to think twice, long and hard about purchasing from this company. I was initially pleased with the first computer, so bought the second one. However, after the recent experience with a lemon computer and lack of customer support, I would advise not to purchase from this company. I hope this review may help them realize that customer support is actually important. I really hate to post something like this since I don't want to damage their business, but the facts are the facts, and this is the way I've been treated. ... show more

    • Good daily driver computer but has a couple issues.

This was a weird purchase. I bought it because my last computer was failing and I needed something more budget but still sturdy to do my hobby lightweight video editing and playing with AI/LLMs. So here's the good - it's got 32gb RAM and a Ryzen CPU. The RX 580 graphics card was pretty good. This was more than good enough for my daily use and light video editing. The bad/dubious - the USB ports sometimes drop connection without known reason. I have tested this with other machines, cables, and hard drives - the problem persists. The power cord sometimes disconnects when I move the computer. I mention this because it has not happened with my other machines. The power cord just doesn't seat securely. A word if you opt to work with a local AI, look for a computer with an Nvidia GPU. They handle AI much much better than Ryzen cards. Would I buy this again? If I were going to use this as a normal, daily driver computer yes. But I think the company needs to check it's quality control on the bad items I mentioned above. ... show more

Spite it came with minor dents in its shield part of the mobo this pc runs really great was worth the money and don't over heat i swapped out the gpu in it with my rx 7600 i get good frames all it don't have is hard drive bays but i can get external hard drives it runs games great and streams great worth the money i can run games like battlefield 2045 looks nice and saves space don't get really hot so the heat level stays at a good place one day i will buy more viper tech pcs worth the money i just didn't like the gpu it came with so i changed it out it functions well. ... show more

Looks and performs great. I run any of my games smooth with no lagging. The LED light button on the front wasn't working when I first turned it on due to a loose plug that happened during shipment, but it was easy to fix by opening up the case and pushing the right cable back in. Customer support was great help with that. I recommend this PC for anyone who wants a great gaming PC or just a great PC in general for any tasks. ... show more
