This worked perfect out of the box. I have now added a good game and enjoying that. I have yet to add a FPS game, but as effortless as it runs my current game, it should have no problems with that. Once I found the RGB button and changed the lighting it was liked even more.

Purchase this computer 6 days ago. It has crashed 15 times since I set it up. It crashes when idle. it crashes when saving a file. I can find no common reason for the crashes. It also crashes games. Planetbase is unplayable. Grim Dawn is shaky. Exit the room, come back to a blue screen. When it does work, it lags on games. On the internet, the browser does not scroll smoothly. I have never had a computer act like this. I bought from a small company trying to avoid proprietary equipment. It has a proprietary motherboard. Customer support is terrible. I filed a report with them immediately. I didn't know they wouldn't contact a customer. You have to go to their website over and over again for their response. They won't send an email saying they have replied. That is on you. Not hearing from them, I wrote them again which they got uptight about and canceled my ticket. I had to start the process all over again. I am still waiting. I strongly advise against buying anything from them. It crashed trying to post this. ... show more

Recently my son's machine had a windows update. After the update the my son's machine was no longer active. I contacted customer service and they said they would send me a new code! Great service!

When I first got the PC it told me windows wasn't installed and when I contacted viprtechs customer service they gave me a new windows key within 5 minutes. I realized that it was shipped with the wrong cpu and Colin my customer service rep got that squared away fairly quickly with expedited shipping. Overall fairly happy with the product and that customer service handled it quickly and without a bunch of run around or wasting my time. ... show more

This computer is very powerful and very fast. It is used for our Audio Sound System, projecting Easy Worship for our songs and scriptures, Live streaming our services using Restream, storage of our videos, and the normal word processing for our AV staff. Excellent product. We had a computer issue this past week and one computer group identifed it as being a hardware issue, BUT, it wasn't a hardware issue after all. One of our Church members works on computers and he helped us to find the problem and it was a software problem. He helped us to find the proverbial needle in the haystack which resolved the issue. We called ViperTech's Customer Service number and left a message needing help on Saturday evening. The problem was resolved on Sunday evening and I didn't think about the message left for ViperTech. Jordan, the Manager of ViperTech, contacted me on Monday to see if they could help me and he was very helpful and friendly. So he responded to me the very next business day and that is excellent! The media could not be loaded. Prebuilt desktops can be hit or miss but this one is absolutely perfect it came with everything as described runs smoothly and no issues at all. Very quiet and does not overheat stays cool while playing call of duty and other fps games. Would definitely recommend this model to anyone that wants to get into pc gaming and not have to go through the hardship of trying to build one. ... show more

I loved the pc because it was my first pc, but I ended up just parting the PSU and GPU and throwing the rest away. The pc couldn’t even handle Roblox and I always got a Kernel Power 64 BSoD, I figured that the CPU was just getting too hot and when I re-pasted the CPU the pc wouldn’t boot, then I let it sit for a week and tried again and it still didn’t boot, it got to the point to where I gave it to micro-center for them to diagnose the issue, and after 4 months they had told me that it was probably the motherboard, so I got a new motherboard and it booted but didn’t post, after that I threw my hands up and gave up and ended getting a way better pc off of Facebook marketplace for around the same price, I wouldn’t suggest this pc to anyone who doesn’t know much about computers. ... show more

Had issue of none working nvme, emailed back forth with vipr. They went above and beyond to find a solution, turns out the nvme was bad. Bought my own and they refunded the approximate amount of what it was worth. Everything else works fine, as it should. 10/10 would buy again from them.
