Everything they say about this computer is wrong it didn’t come with a operating system when it’s supposed to come with windows 11 pro literally nothing works either it’s pretty much like a bought an empty shell and now they are not trying to give me my refund they promised me the only thing that works is the lights so I paid over 800 for a light show I advise anybody that is interested in buying this piece of crap to buy from another seller or not even buy it at all because it’s literally a dust collecting piece of junk if you like to waste money then this is the right computer for you ... show more

I bought four of these and the GPU was malfunctioning on one. I called their support and they were immediately able to take care of me by getting me a return label for the current GPU and will be shipping out the new one before Christmas. Just in time!

This PC is okay for the price but don't expect to be able to upgrade it much. You can add some ram and upgrade the graphics card but that's it. It has no SATA ports or any extra ports really so you're stuck with just the M.2 slot and a PCIe slot. I have a ton of SSD's that I was going to throw into it and a few PCI cards and that plan went out the window. But it does what I needed at the moment. My PSU blew up in my real computer and I needed something to use while I'm repairing it for banking and whatnot. I didn't even realize there were motherboards that have no SATA connectors out there! o.O ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Once you get it out and away from its protective packaging and plug it in, it's ready to go. It's very fast for the price point. Has all the hardware you need to get started on gaming. The lights are cool. No optical drive, but an external will take care of that in a pinch. Amazing gaming computer for the price only downside is it’s advertised with 2 sticks of ram and only one 32gb stick was in mine which doesn’t allow the 3060 to show its true potential and every now and again the game would stutter but I upgraded to 2 sticks of 16gb ram and almost doubled my fps on all my games. ... show more
