The computer started crashing after about a month. The first issue that was causing it to crash was there was not enough chassis fans. After installing my own fan to help cool things down, it started to crash less. Then, the CPU fan randomly stopped working in the middle of using the computer. I shut off the computer, let it cool down, then started it again. The CPU fan started again. I am also getting a warning about having an invalid version of Windows. When I went through the troubleshooting flow, Windows said that the computer has Windows 11 Pro installed, but the product key used to activate it was a Windows 11 Home product key. ... show more

This worked perfect out of the box. I have now added a good game and enjoying that. I have yet to add a FPS game, but as effortless as it runs my current game, it should have no problems with that. Once I found the RGB button and changed the lighting it was liked even more.

When I first got the PC it told me windows wasn't installed and when I contacted viprtechs customer service they gave me a new windows key within 5 minutes. I realized that it was shipped with the wrong cpu and Colin my customer service rep got that squared away fairly quickly with expedited shipping. Overall fairly happy with the product and that customer service handled it quickly and without a bunch of run around or wasting my time. ... show more

I’ve talked with 3 different people from amazing returns all were English as a second language all three put me on hold indefinitely and I spent over an hour trying to resolve my concerns… I’m about to call again. Computer has a ton of issues, first every time I turn it on I get matrix lines everywhere then slowly goes away and everything is blurry and missing bits like when I go to restart the words are missing letters and glitched everything is out of focus… sometimes after restarting everything works fine wtf, second if I leave the computer on and it goes into sleep mode I’ll try clicking the mouse to refresh and nothing happens for minutes and minutes nothing, press the power button and guess what happens… that’s right nothing… press it several times, hey now it works. The crazy part is I first called the company and talked with a gentleman who spoke perfect English and said they only sell New through Amazon and if it was returned and resold it was on Amazon’s side. ... show more

The PC was just loose inside the box at a weird angle not secure in the foam it was packed with. I was kind of surprised it booted. No instructions or documents and the Windows install seemed odd.
