My old home-built died and needed a new Windows 11 compliant machine. My gaming needs were fairly simple, not heavy on graphics, and I wanted it quick and pre-configured. This machine met all the needs. It was reasonably priced and arrived a day before originally promised. It is a very clean build, with a 1 TB card right on the motherboard for the boot volume. There is space at the bottom near the front of the computer, accessible via the side door, where additional hard drives can be mounted, with one removable frame supplied for mounting a full size drive. No data cables were provided for additional drives, but the motherboard does have 2 SATA connectors at the bottom below the graphics card. I will be hooking up some old drives soon and copying files over. The magnetically-latched glass side door is a real nice feature, requiring no screws to open and access. The opposite side panel is a more typical two-screw sliding access should you need to get to cables on the reverse. The Windows 11 Pro installation took a couple of reboots on startup to boot into Windows, which is not unusual on a new build, and it needed to run updates right out of the gate, also normal, but now boots quickly into a surprisingly clean Windows 11 installation without any OEM bloatware that I've found. The only cable that may have jiggled loose during shipping was the one for the LED lighting, which was just disconnected from power. The RGB button on top of the case near the front face cycles the internal lighting through several modes of display, and if long-pressed, turns the lights off. My only real wish about this build were that there were more documentation available from the ViprTech web site on the motherboard, CPU, graphics card, and the like.     • Couldn’t connect to internet
PC did not connect to the internet at all. No WiFi option dispute wifi antennas and Ethernet didn’t work either. Troubleshot the problem for over a day until I gave up and shipped it back. It looked cool and everything lit up how it was supposed to otherwise

So far computer came in fine no damages that i can tell so far Some things to note if you Purchase this computer it runs my games just fine so i'm happy about that but if you buy a computer in recent weeks there is a big issue where windows 11 pro come shipped without a product key and you will likely have to contact customer service first time they didn't answer but second time they did answer thankfully and emailed me a new product key. So keep in mind before you purchase this computer that if you don't have a product key to contact them. It has decent fast speeds and is decent enough quality for my needs i just needed a basic budget computer nothing fancy also it comes with 12 month warrenty which isn't stated on amazon webpage. They did apologize and i wasn't only 1 that had that issue so respect to them. ... show more

The packaging was good and the set up looks nice with plenty of fans. The motherboard, however, doesn't have Bluetooth, WIFI, or audio supported, nor is it Windows 11 compliant. Since, the board only has a single available PCI-E slot, I purchased USB Bluetooth, WIFI, and audio cards to get it up to speed. I wish they could have assembled it with a new motherboard and not an older, used one. ... show more

Overall this is a decent machine for the cost and gaming has been great. I needed a new desktop after the multiple upgrades done to my 9 year old VR ready Dell over the years. I noticed the faster speed and the nicer quality in graphics from my old one. I currently run Ruin Factory Guardians of Azuma on it and the play is great. My only real complaint is that I can't stand the RGB bar and had to turn it around so that it wasn't continuously flashing at me. Trying to unplug it was a pain. ... show more
