Well I'm happy with the overall performance of this PC, there have been some issues. First up don't expect to get a mouse and keyboard with it. Second it's automated setup process will continually say it cannot find connection even though you're connected to the internet and can update Windows. Unfortunately if you're not very well versed in where to find programs you'll be stuck with it trying to find the updates every time you turn the computer on. The simple answer is to go into the root directory find the executable and delete it. Lastly I'm not sure what their Quality Control process is like this would be an easy one to miss but one of the ports for the video card is faulty. If not for those few things I would definitely give this five stars. ... show more

Bought in August. The panel was broken out of box. No big deal, fixed that. Should've just sent it back. Now in March its crashing non stop. Reached out to the company hoping they make this right. For the price I was hoping this would be a solid deal.

Its a good pc viprtech seems to have good handle on taking care of their systems but this is my experience lets say you buy a pc to specs that seem to you to be a responsible price at time of purchase 1108$ plus tax and shipping but this isn't for yourself this is a gift you want it presentable and ready for it to be opened on Christmas day so you open it to check everything is secure for one no one at Amazon can apparently read this side up on the shipping boxthat aside the mesh on the side is broken yes its only 9 bucks to get a new mesh but when you pay over a 1000 dollars on something you expect to get what you paid for yes?not something that is cosmeticly damaged just frustrating is all my box seem to have been resealed 5 times didn't have exactly have a new experience opening up everything just felt little cheep. I'm just happy hardwear isn't damaged. Just disappointed, viprtech you can do better perhaps put the mesh in its own foam or bag or something so it doesn't get damaged. Oh yes and there a dent bulging the outside of the case... ... show more

...A lean, clean bargain gaming machine... My old computer died, and had to get a new one on short notice... After much searching found this gem...Even came with two check lists, signed with the names of the two techs who did the final inspections... I like the fact that the fans are well placed, so as not to distract me from my gaming with pointless flashing... Easily the best constructed gaming computer I have ever owned... The only thing I could not figure was why they upped the price $100.00 ON Black Friday?... I paid $999.99.... Computer was well packaged for safe shipping, with clear instructions on assembly... Had it for3 months now with no issues... I bought the white version and like the verticality of the case... ... show more

its not the same as in the picture the cooling is an air cooler and its 1 stick if 16gb of ddr5 ram and there is a little wifi driver instead of antennas and it shows you how to install the wifi drivers with it. the cooling is ok when your playing big games it will get hot in there but other than that its really nice ... show more
