I’m having a serious problem with the computer: Sometimes, it turns on and shuts down almost immediately. Other times, it shuts down as soon as I start a game. I have already checked the basic things like power connections, software updates, and cables, but the problem still happens. It seems like it could be related to overheating, a power issue, or a hardware defect. Initial order arrive in the wrong color. ViprTech support was quick with helping get the issue corrected. Been solid after months of use (iRacing and DCS). Comfortably ran optimal display settings on a single monitor - until I started VR! In VR mode I have to lower settings a bit (~90%), but it still looks great, 80-90fps, and VR is taxing so adjustments are expected. This meets expectations.

Shipped: PC was shipped with missing screws for the side glass panel and wouldn't stay in place, when contacting seller they ignored that comment completely. The build: For the most part the PC did look well put together, though the cooling system was riddled with scratches (possibly pre-owned?). Booting up: When booting the PC it took 2-3 mins for my peripherals to catch up and come on; monitors included. At times the mouse, keyboard, and monitors wouldn't come on at all, forcing me to manually restart the PC. When contacting seller about this, they said it was normal for the PC to come on first, and the accessories to come on a bit after. I've never in my life had to wait that long for things to boot up. Refund: Note: It appears there are a lot of different fees to return products to this particular seller. Requested a return/refund, and it was accepted. Later the seller ended up contacting me AFTER and saying they would like to instead send me another PC. That would mean I'd have to pay restocking fees for two computers if I wasn't happy with the second one, along with any other costs they'll add on.

So far, so good. I bought this to play some newer AAA games, and also to have a decent WFH setup. I play, but nothing serious. When Oblivion Remastered came out, my current setup wasn't good enough to play it, so I started looking into some pre-built PC's and someone recommended this one to me. So far it has worked well. It does run pretty hot at times, but has yet to crash on me or shut down because of that. But all games that I have tried, I can play on Ultra and have no issues so far. I didn't have any issues with setting this up when I received it. It came with instructions on how to set up the wifi/bluetooth and all that good stuff. My windows key works fine. I had one question on something that wasn't clear to me, I reached out to their customer service and within less than 24 hours had received a response from them. This is just my experience though, so that is all I can give my opinion on. I have a dual monitor setup as I use this for the days when I don't go into the office and work from home. I have not had any issues with monitors cutting out, or not turning on. Every program I have run on this has worked great, opens fast, no issues there. I am not tech stupid, but I am not a serious techie type either, so I won't be putting this thing through the paces just to max out its capabilities. It works well for what I bought it for and that is all I can speak on.

Good company, good product. Just be aware you may have to manually change your ram speed. It said 6400 but I didn’t realize for months it was running at 5200 the entire time. Very simple fix just go on YouTube and you’ll be done within 5 minutes

UPDATE: After leaving this review I was re-contacted by VIPRTECH, and they have made amends as well as corrected my issue of the dented panel on my PC case. The computer works well, and Customer Service came thru to make it a worthwhile purchase I would make again. ---- I bought this computer and a representative from ViprTech called me and asked if they could take $10 off the price because the case had a small dent in it. I explained I wanted an un-dented case and will happily wait for one. I left thinking my shipping would be delayed, however the next day a package arrived and I signed for it before I knew what it was. And of course it had the dent in the case exactly where their rep had described it to me. I called their hotline about the situation and this representative was unwilling to help and closed the ticket, disappointing me. The computer works fine to this date, but its the bad taste from a problem THEY created.
