This is a piece of garbage all the games that it says it can run it can’t. It has a fourth GEN processor in it which is not very good. If they are going to sell it they should sell it for way cheaper because that’s what it is worth. The PC looks good but does not have the quality inside. The company’s tech support was very helpful which I was very surprised with because of the PC being so terrible. Overall please do not waste your money on this PC get a Different brand.     • hard to recommend
so first the pc works and does well for a first gaming pc for my teen son. however the reason its hard to recommend is for several points: not all wired in, the top usb slots don't work and things that do don't light up. Even my pc guy was like you need more parts to make it work properly. Next the wifi dongle it came with is a single band and topped out at 5mbps, so i got a asus dual band at max it ran 27mbps, contacted viper tech quick response they walked me through a few things but after that meeting they quickly turned to very slow responses weeks later they send another dual band wifi and now pc runs at 80mbps on a wifi channel running 200mbps (point of fact my 10 yr old pc runs at 133mbps at twice the distance from the router) so while i understand its best to use Ethernet that's just not an option so not happy with overall quality for price and the work i have to put into it. so bottom line would i buy again No and that's unfortunate because i had high hopes for this ... show more

    • This is a decent if u upgrade the ram
It’s a decent pc over all I’d recommend upgrading the ram, buying a different wifi adapter and u can run mostly every game on medium to low I had problems with the wifi adapter disconnect and the pc not detect my wifi but overall this was coool as my first pc

Tower came packaged well but all of the fans had a thick layer of dust on them. Looked like they were well used. Also only had 2 rgb fans instead of the 4 shown in the pic. Wireless adapter would only run at 20mbps so i had to upgrade that. Good value poor execution

    • Arrived without an operating system!
Spent time on the phone with tech support, sent images per the technician's request and waited over 24 hours to hear back. Did what was suggested to connect to the operating system and that didn't work. Finally went to Geek Squad and was told the computer is not made properly and is defective. So we are going to return it. ... show more

Within days the internal fan stopped working. Not sure if they’ll repair or replace.

    • It’s a great starting pc while not breaking the bank
The setup is very straightforward which is good for first time pc users. There is also plenty of room to upgrade some areas over time such as the graphics card and ram sticks
