  • Awesome and fast
Style: Ryzen 3 (R3)
Be sure to go in your settings and adjust the graphics for each individual game to run one ryzen 5000 or radeon 5000 whichever it is and this pcs an absolute monster for the price. I was just about to return and figured out how to manually change the graphics it uses. Default it sets to let windows decide and hardly anything will run. Change that and your in the game. ... show more

  • Broke after 3 months
Style: Ryzen 5 | 32GB | 1TB
I purchased this near the end of September. It worked fine for a while; ran most games at high FPS, and was pretty good for the price. There was some audio clipping, but I assumed that was a Windows problem rather than it being a problem with the PC itself. However, it's now December, and my PC is no longer functioning as it should. The PC light turns on, but my monitor doesn't detect the PC. This all started because I tried to boot the PC into safe mode; I don't know if it's something I did wrong, but regardless, this shouldn't be happening after only 3 months. I have close to no knowledge of gaming PCs, so I figured a prebuilt would be the way to go - I believe, now, I should have purchased a different prebuilt. Customer support tried to help, which I appreciate, but I can't seem to solve my problem regardless without possibly disassembling the PC, which doesn't seem like an easy task with this particular prebuilt. I'm really bummed. I'll edit this review with my experience if I'm able to return it and get a refund. For now, though, I'm severely disappointed in my first PC gaming experience. Edit: Yeah, no refund from the seller. Very sketchy. I would recommend steering clear of this PC; you can get better value elsewhere. ... show more

  • Wonderful pre-built gaming PC... but be prepared to replace some parts down the line.
Style: Ryzen 3 (R3)
This PC is definitely something I would recommend if you want something simple and reasonably powerful. It worked fantastic out of the box. It's sleek and fast. Really, I couldn't ask for more. I wanted a PC to play emulated games, do some photo and video editing, and some small animation projects, and this is darned-near perfect. But there is one major problem, which is where I'm docking a point... you will likely need to take it in to a repair shop within the first 12-18 months. Some of the inner workings-- especially the power supply-- will likely need to be replaced because they aren't QUITE powerful enough for the unit. Dealt with more than a few instances of the PC losing power. Additionally, I had some minor problems with Windows 11 not booting properly, but updated it regularly seems to have squashed it. On the whole, I'm giving this a 4 out of 5. If I didn't need to waste $200 getting some parts replaced, it would have been a perfect 5... but when it works, it works VERY well. ... show more

Great service and this thing is Great. But you need to put fragile and handle with care on these things. The FedX driver just tossed it on the dash of his truck. LOL But it works just fine Thank God! Thank you for the cool BOX!

  • Unbelievable Value!
Style: Ryzen 3 (R3)
Even though I did not finish all of my tests yet, this PC is a keeper for me. If I were to build it myself with parts and software, I would have spent three times more. Also, it is near impossible to find a good looking PC case. The majority of them are disgustingly ugly… For the money, I would give HP five stars for this. I just upgraded the memory with an additional 8 GB. It seems stable so far (Crucial). POSITIVE: 1. Excellent price for what you get, 2. Very capable CPU and GPU, 3. Extremely low noise, 4. Indeed very good looking for a PC, 5. Front USB ports, 6. Small footprint. NEGATIVE: 1. It comes with a stupid sticker attached to the front of the case. Luckily, you can easily remove it without any damage to the beautiful case, 2. It comes with some stupid “trial software.” Please trash them all—especially, “anti-virus” BS. These “anti-virus” software products are the very viruses themselves! Just trust Microsoft’s own protection. That’s all you need! ... show more
