Since I've had this PC, I've seen VIPRTECH receive a lot of flak from other customers, but I couldn't be happier. Though it does have a cheaper brand SSD and RAM, they're not bottom of the barrel by any means, boot up times have stayed consistently under 5 seconds from power on to logged in, and have run without a glitch through some seriously tough stuff. I have NOT been taking it easy on this PC, from a full virtual machine running cyber security programs at different capacities, to hardcore online games like Bodycam and Hell Let Loose, the Ghost 3.0 has kept up. Much quieter than expected even when the VIPRTECH fans need to get up at 2200+rpms, next to no set up troubles (had one fans RGB not in sync after I half hit the button, SUPER SIMPLE FIX), never any issues with heat (the liquid cooler is phenomenal), 1TB Mushkin SSD hasn't let me down once, and the Asus Prime mb has a track record for tackling both professional and recreation PC use with ease! Regardless of what others have experienced, I can only speak for my machine and say VIPRTECH has my patronage, I think I prefer the Ghost over my personally built "monster."

Everytime I tried to turn on my pc it would automatically reboot in a loop. UPDATE so I went to Best Buy to get it fixed and I did which cost me around 170 dollars. I will say this pc runs very well but the fact that I spent over 1k on this pc just for it to trouble shoot on me when I first got it was very disappointing considering that you guys said that you run every gaming pc before sending it out to the buyer. If I was to rate this experience I’d give it a 5/10 but the pc overall is very great! If the trouble shooting situation didn’t happen I wouldn’t gave it a 10/10. Update AGAIN… So it’s around the beginning of may and my pc does the same thing. Thank god I didn’t have to pay another 170 dollars for it to get fixed again. But then the wifi plug in that was given to me stops working. By all the if you don’t want your first pc experience to be like this FIND ANOTHER WORKING PC AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COSTS.

This machine is a powerhouse—AMD Ryzen 5 5600, RTX 3060 12GB, 32GB DDR4 RAM, and a blazing fast 1TB NVMe SSD. Everything from high-end gaming and VR to streaming and multitasking runs effortlessly. It's fast, quiet, and looks amazing with the clean white case and RGB lighting. But what really sets this experience apart is the after-sales support. After two years of daily use, I ran into a hardware issue and didn’t expect any help since I was well past the warranty window. Still, I reached out—and Matt from customer service at ViprTech went above and beyond. He helped me troubleshoot and resolve the issue with patience and professionalism. Product came 2 days earlier than expected. The outer Amazon box was battered up a bit, which worried me. But when I unboxed the manufacturer's box, the PC was well secured and protected with space fillers. They even protected the inside of the PC with a space filler. Really pretty with the lights on too. You get a QR code that links you to a detailed but short instructions to set it up. Very easy to follow for all levels. Internet wifi is really slow with this PC though, but it was like that for my old PC. It's probably because of my router but... we'll see. Update: there are no Bluetooth drivers.. I am checking the device manager, and the Bluetooth is not even showing. I've tried troubleshooting, but it can't even find the Bluetooth radio. I'm thinking about returning it if I don't figure this out. It's weird that a PC was built with no Bluetooth drivers.. Update on my update: Just get a Bluetooth USB for $10 on Amazon, I guess. Bluetooth works now! It's just annoying that it's taking up a USB port space now.
