I was a little skeptical in buying this unit for my novice gaming niece after reading the reviews. However, I searched other reviews including the BBB to get a feel for the company and I am glad that I chose to do my research and go with my own interpretation. I ordered this PC as a gift and it was not opened until three weeks after its arrival. My niece was excited to go from a gaming laptop to a gaming desktop. Once we unpacked the pc and connected all the accessories we powered it up. We noticed a ticking or scrubbing sound. We powered it down and removed the glass side paneling. We discovered that during shipping the outgoing fan had been damaged and the piece that was chipped and free was making the sound. [Note: I cannot blame VIPRTECH or Amazon because the carrier has been responsible for many broken, missing, and wrong address deliveries. When I see that they are the delivering carrier I immediately know that getting a non-problematic delivery is a 35/65 not in my favor dice roll.] I contacted VIPRTECH, and with it being after hours I didn't reach anyone, but did receive an email letting me know that some one would reach out within 24 hours. I was contacted by email by a representative [Colin] at 8am that next morning. He asked for me to take and send pictures of the damage and the back of the unit. I did, and he immediately informed me that I could send it back and they would build me a brand new piece or that they could send me a replacement fan to install. After talking to him I was confident that I or her dad could replace the fan, and opted for that. Also, knowing how excited and impatient my niece was to play some of her games on desktop, I didn't want to tell her she had to wait for a new pc. Colin was so patient and understanding he even went over a list of games that she could play with the chipped fan to ensure that she would not cause damage to the pc. The fan arrived today and true to Colin's word it was a breeze to repair. My niece is all set and happy. I will update again once she has had it a while to attest to her take on her new gaming performance. So, overall I can say that I am happy with my decision. It is inexpensive, allows my niece to feel like she is on level with her AAA gamer brother, and customer service was A+. I have had to contact many pc companies over the years and I can say only two have been pleasant, understanding, and informative. VIPRTECH is among that count. As of today I have two companies to choose from when considering purchasing pcs and laptops. Thanks so much Colin.

Amazing pc works great at the beginning I thought it was broken because hdmi wouldn’t work but called tech support and they told me I forgot to plug in a wire inside the pc so it solved my issue, fast support called me instantly thanks, wish it came with a keyboard and mouse but still works either way I’m happy

Update: I paid $60.00 to send the PC back for Warranty Repair. The CEO Alex signed for the PC on 12/17/2024. I cannot get anyone to answer my emails or their phone. No PC, and no $800.00. Bought this for my son in May 2024. After a few months this "gaming pc" cannot play games! Due to 3rd party seller and more than 30 days my only option was to contact Seller support. This was done via email. Emailing back/forth for several weeks trying to troubleshoot but pc still doesn't work, Seller won' let me return, won't refund. They gave me the option to send it in under warranty. I would have to pay for shipping, parts, labor. Explained to Amazon again and they said they cannot do anything but give me a link to the manufacturer in Asia. After saving for a year to buy my son a nice gaming pc, I'm out over $600. I can't afford a new pc, son has no pc. Worst experience I've ever had in my 50 years on earth.

A gift for my now 13 year old son, he loves it!! It was an upgrade from his older gaming laptop, setup was fairly painless, Windows 11 pro was already all setup.. just had to do a bunch of windows security updates and he was up and running his favorite games! Definitely happy with the purchase. It is an entry level gaming pc, but is absolutely perfect for him for now and he's happy! The only little problem we seem to have is the little USB wifi adapter sometimes seems to have a problem connecting to the internet, but for now we just unplug it then plug it back in and it works again... probably upgrade that soon, but not a big deal.. Definitely worth the price! Also has plenty of USB 3.0 ports which is nice!

Nice PC, good speed and met all expected benchmarks. Could do without the Vipertech opening screen but everyone wants to make a name for their company. The gotcha was the graphics board, which graphed out to having significant use before purchase. Still works to spec, just have to budget in case I have replace it sooner than planned. Would have liked a heads up but overall a worthwhile purchase.

I'll give the system 5 stars as an entry level gaming computer priced under $600, boots really fast, and the only setup I had to do was changing the windows log in, run the windows updates, and then install all of my software, the computer has decent graphics, memory, processor and storage. After getting everything installed the performance benchmark rated the computer from excellent to fair on all of the games that it runs benchmarks against, unlike my old system that had a few poor ratings. Better than any of the name brand systems in the same price range. The multiple monitor support with the installed graphics card is a real plus too, no more external adapters to use my multiple monitors.

I oredered this PC as a starter gaming PC for myself. Upon receiving it, I was pleased to find that it booted up quickly and everything worked well. The fans are pretty quiet and it performs well for the price. There was a small flaw on the case of the PC, but I reached out to the manufacturer and they graciously offered a $20 refund. Overall a great PC for the price and good support from the manufacturer.
