This couch is great! It is my first real couch that I have purchased. Everything else we can sort of a love seat. Very comfortable and fits nicely in the living room. Much cheaper than the ones at the store I was looking at.

Love this! Fairly easy to put together, but be warned, it is REALLY heavy. It sits medium firm. Just soft enough that you sink just a bit, but firm enough that you don't take 20 minutes getting up. There is so much storage I am thrilled! Plenty of room for blankets, pillows, people (though I wouldn't advise that), etc. ... show more

So far so good!! It was so hard trying to find a couch like this. It has everything I wanted. All the storage space is great, the cup holders are so useful, and the four seater, two chaise length part is perfect. I have a decent sized two bedroom apartment and this fit perfectly where I needed it. I liked the pattern but it took my husband a little bit to get use to it. It’s a more firm couch but still comfortable. The dark color is the perfect charcoal grey I was looking for. The only thing that’s a little annoying is the bed coming out. My couch before this one was so smooth with pulling it out and this one needs a better track to run on. When you pull it out it’s like pulling out a stoves bottom storage, if you don’t pull out both sides at the same time it falls off track. But the bed part could use a little bit more cushion. It fits both me and my husband sleeping on it comfortably. I’ll update if anything changes:) ... show more

Update I am updating to say that the one of the hinges that holds the couch up and reclines it is now broken. I am worried that more of them will break too. I am going to message the company to see if they remedy the problem, until then I am leaving a lower rating. I want to give a good review for those people who are like me and are on the fence. This couch is great, it can a week before the earliest delivery date and came in five boxes. That was a bit daunting because of all the packaging and things all over my living room, but it was so easy to put together. Yes the boxes were heavy, I was able to slide them in for the most part, but keep that in mind based on your living space. Each box had a section in it with all the pieces needed for each section parentheses cushions, base, back rest. The boxes were armrests, chaise, sleeper, bench seat. Each cushion was vacuum, sealed and needed to be opened and allowed to inflate. Atfirst they seem to be a little hard, but they puffed up really well and now seems to be pretty bouncy. I am somebody who likes my couch to be really soft, and these are not nearly as soft as the ones that I saw at furniture stores. But it is very comfortable. Maybe it is possible to add a little bit more cushion in there to make it a little softer if you prefer, but it is fine on it’s own. It is large enough that my husband and I can both lay down on either end (I am 5‘8“). It wasn’t hard to get the pieces together, just lift and drop into place. The last one was the hardest because we were putting it together in the middle, so it was heavy on each side, so probably best to start on one end and work your way to the other end. Reclining it is kind of weird, and getting it to stay up once it is laid down isn’t easy, but it is nice feature. I don’t love how the couch looks from the back because of the legs it has to Lee it stable once laid flat, but oh well a blanket can fix that. Overall I am very happy with this couch and hopefully it lasts a long time ... show more
