I'm happy. Delivery was quick. We received the sofa weeks before expected. 4 boxes delivered on a Friday. The 5th delivered on Monday. No need to contact seller so I can't say if they respond in a timely manor. The couch comes with instructions in every box for the piece that's in that box. And 1 set of instructions for the whole couch. I didn't read the instructions because this couch is idiot proof. Screw on legs. Slide slots together. But some pieces are a PIA to connect together without a second person. It can be done but the swear words involved were excessive. Lifting the section that contains the bed was honestly too much for me alone. So I paused at that point and waited for my husband to get home. It's easier to slide the connection slots together if everything stays level. I couldn't keep it level alone. In the pic I took we have it fully open. It'll stay that way for the weekend. Sitting on that bed is a teenager, a 130lb rottie and a 120lb corso. And they have room to spare. The couch is firm. This is not an overstuffed luxury piece of furniture. This is an inexpensive necessity. We obviously have kids and pets that will be all over this thing. I wasn't gonna spend a lot for something we all know will be stained within 6 months. For the price, this couch is comfortable. If we need the bed part for an extended period of time I'll put a pillow top over it. They are relatively inexpensive here on Amazon. But for a weekend sleepover for teenage bodies, this is perfect. As far as how it looks. It's boxy. I knew that when I bought it. And the arms have almost no padding so they will never be comfortable to lay against. Pillows and throws will fix those issues. The pull out bed "drawer" is free floating. So it can be wiggled from side to side as you open and close it. Once the bed is fully open it's much more solid and it takes real effort to make it wiggle. Not a huge issue for me but it does mean I'll have to make sure everyone who opens it is gentle. Now storage. The amount of storage is crazy. I guess I couldn't grasp how large the under seat storage was with only pictures. It wouldn't surprise me to find out small children use them for hide and seek. I'm not gonna test it but I'm 99% sure I could fit under the lounge. I dont know how many blankets and pillows will fit but I'm gonna find out. So far, 2 standard bed pillows, a king size comforter and 3 throw blankets are in the couch storage section with a small amount of space still available. I honestly stressed over this purchase. For a couch this size with all the extras they provide, yes it's cheap. But the reality is that this money could buy a lot of groceries. I worried I'd choose wrong. I'm obviously not running out to get another one so I can't compare but I do not regret deciding on this couch. This will serve it's purpose and it feels like I'll manage to get years of use out of it.

The media could not be loaded. I want to give a good review for those people who are like me and are on the fence. This couch is great, it can a week before the earliest delivery date and came in five boxes. That was a bit daunting because of all the packaging and things all over my living room, but it was so easy to put together. Yes the boxes were heavy, I was able to slide them in for the most part, but keep that in mind based on your living space. Each box had a section in it with all the pieces needed for each section parentheses cushions, base, back rest. The boxes were armrests, chaise, sleeper, bench seat. Each cushion was vacuum, sealed and needed to be opened and allowed to inflate. Atfirst they seem to be a little hard, but they puffed up really well and now seems to be pretty bouncy. I am somebody who likes my couch to be really soft, and these are not nearly as soft as the ones that I saw at furniture stores. But it is very comfortable. Maybe it is possible to add a little bit more cushion in there to make it a little softer if you prefer, but it is fine on it’s own. It is large enough that my husband and I can both lay down on either end (I am 5‘8“). It wasn’t hard to get the pieces together, just lift and drop into place. The last one was the hardest because we were putting it together in the middle, so it was heavy on each side, so probably best to start on one end and work your way to the other end. Reclining it is kind of weird, and getting it to stay up once it is laid down isn’t easy, but it is nice feature. I don’t love how the couch looks from the back because of the legs it has to Lee it stable once laid flat, but oh well a blanket can fix that. Overall I am very happy with this couch and hopefully it lasts a long time
