I had it extended all the way and noticed that it does move a tiny bit on a windy day outside - I have an iPhone 14 and the video was well stabilized so it was okay. I didn’t really need to use the light, but it’s a nice added feature, however might need some additional light. An older friend was looking for a phone tripod to photograph jewelry. This look like it would be perfect for him. It is very solid well constructed, and I suspect will have a long life. I was so impressed by the one I got for him. I bought one for myself. I've used it a few times now for zoom calls, as well as some photography. I would not say that it is necessarily very portable if you plan on carrying it around with you. The media could not be loaded. this is a great product. I am able to do my drawing and sketching without the camera getting in the way I like the whole set up I like the fact that you can use the remote to turn it on or off. It is also a great assets to have when the lights go out due to bad weather. You can carry it wherever you go. The only thing I wish it would do is to turn at work and stay put but overall I give it for maybe 4 1/2 stars just because I wish it would set up straight without the head falling downward. ... show more

The only issues I found with this stand was that if you have a case on your phone which provided more weight to it. It would cause it to bow down, no longer giving you a straight picture or video.
