Much better than the old live center that I had. Watch out though cause this sucker is sharp and will draw blood if you accidentally run your forearm into the top like me. It fit the MT2 taper on my tail stock perfectly.

Excellent live center especially if you turn bowls. The longer nose allows you to turn the inside of the bowl while still maintaining tailstock support. It runs perfectly true & the bearings feel smooth.
