This CD player had great reviews, but right out of the box it didn’t work. It spins loudly and an occasional snippet of the music will play interrupted by static and skipping. I tested 7 different CDs and none of them would play correctly. It’s also described as a top loading CD player but it’s a slide out tray as seen in the picture which usually have more problems from my experience. Update: the company contacted me because of my 1 star review and sent me a new cd player. I’m happy to report that the new CD player works well, as well as the FM radio and Bluetooth. The sound is pretty good for the size of the speakers and the price of the unit. This company cares about their reputation.

For the money, this is a solid choice to start playing your old CDs again. I had hundreds of mix CDs I didn't want to recreate as playlists, and this is just good enough to keep me popping old favorites in. Like others, though, I am at a loss as to how to set the clock. When powered off --:-- blinks repeatedly and fairly quickly. It's harder to see when the lights are on and it is behind me most of the time, so I don't notice it often, but when the lights go out it is the first thing I see. Would be great if I could eliminate that, but there is nothing in the meager instruction booklet about setting the time, not any obvious buttons on the remote or the system.

Purchased this as a replacement for our 20 year old Bose Wave Radio which finally quit playing CD's. Did not expect it to be of Bose quality but here are the the two good features - it sounds pretty good,, and it played our old CD's fine. Here are the bad features: It did not come with an FM antenna, therefore it could not locate many stations. plus you can not manually look for stations. The remote control is tiny and with all the buttons it is readable only with reading glasses. To illustrate the overall cheapness, it did not come with batteries. The instruction book also is of poor quality. Lastly, when the unit is turned off the display blinks constantly. I tried to contact the seller via Amazon to see if there was a way to stop it from blinking, but never got a reply. Needless to say I am sending the unit back and starting the search for another one.

Sound is very good. CD and FM features work well. The "user's manual" is little more than diagrams of the remote and brief explanations. I would give this bluetooth stereo a 5 EXCEPT, ... there is a flashing display where the time should be. It blinks on and off any time the unit is turned off. I was unable to change that. I went to their website. It was in Chinese and no use to me. If you can stand the blinking, I would recommend buying this unit.

Very flimsy CD tray, blinking lights when unit is turned off, 4 ft power cord. The sound is not bad at all, remember this is not a Bose stereo system. Just started using it, maybe a month from now I might have a different review. remote control buttons are a little small but so far so good 👍🏼
