Do not purchase. Gave the company the benefit of the doubt after the 1st one went within 3 months. Figured it was a lemon and it's so cheap I didn't make a fuss. Well the new one never held a charge and low and behold it stops working just a month and a half after purchase. Somehow water got into the cabinet and destroyed the battery. No way to contact the company the only product support is a stupid troubleshoot menu. Stay away from this product and this company who clearly has no intention of providing decent customer service.

I gave it only four stars because the silly thing doesn’t screw onto or otherwise hold onto the top of the 5 gallon container. It falls over, crimping the hose and I’m sure doing other damage. But it works.

Really like the battery life in this model, it lasts as long as stated. Average pump flow, so far no leaks, just occasional drip from faucet til it clears the pressure after use. Pump is noisy like they all are. It's decently tall so there's clearance to fill a pan, water bottle, or other bigger things. Power button is responsive with no delay to pumping water when pressed.
