This water pump is pretty good! I purchased others and they died within a few months of purchasing. This one is still going strong. It holds the charge a long time. I would say at least a month. And I use it every day, at least once a day to fill a water cup. I also use it to fill gallon jugs about every three days. It fits somewhat firmly if you poke a hole in the plastic top of the five gallon jug and snake the tubing through the plastic top and shove the top into the inside of the pump. But it still isn’t a perfect fit. I haven’t found one yet that is perfect other than the manual pumps with the clamps that attach to the neck of the bottle. But this one does the trick! ... show more

Update 02-20-2024. At 4 months, still works great, no problems. Doesn't drip. Still noisy, but used to it now. Really happy this is the one we purchased! MANUFACTURER: On next run, please consider changing charger cord to a longer one, 36” would be much better. With h2o bottle sitting on 12” stool for handy use height, cannot reach USA standard height wall plug. Therefore it requires use of extension cord to charge, and have to wrap it around bottle neck to prevent stress on charger ends. Update 12-19-24. 8 weeks, working great, and does not drip. Still happy! We placed ours on an IKEA stool, perfect height. Have been using three weeks. So far very pleased. Charged through laptop. Tubing was crimped by rubber bands. Placed in hot tap water about 10 min. & set up. Simple, just insert tube end into pump, place hose in water bottle. As others have mentioned variations of these pumps are all noisy-no exception here. Since it doesn’t run continuously, we are ok with that. It’s a powerful pump & clearly has a decent flow rate. Other pumps had complaints that water came out too slowly. Not this one! It comes with a short charging cable (18”) & could be improved. I had to use extension cord & charging brick to be able to charge in place. The charge held well through three five gal bottles. Starting fourth bottle noticeable drop in pressure. Charging resolved that. If my opinion changes, I’ll update. One complaint others had was it sits too loosely on top of bottle. Ours has a small amount of play, but not so that it would fall off if bumped. We are using Le Blue Bottles, pushing small plastic cap through & into bottle. For reference, the bottle top is 2-1/4” across. No need to look at other reviews, doubt you’ll find a better pump. 11-02-24 Update: We are sad our pump has quit working 2 weeks short of one year. Reordering same product again because it’s a great pump, and enabling us to delay purchase of new fridge after failure of filtered in-door water dispenser. Rest of fridge is still going strong. We are selling house in a year; want the fridge to be new, or nearly new, when listing! ... show more

Loving this water dispenser! The hose fits nicely down inside the jug, and the lid holds it in place. I just punch a hole Into the cap of the 5 gallon jug. It’s super convenient. This is one of two 5 gallon jugs we keep around the house, and with this being in the kitchen I wanted it to look nice. The green and gold match perfectly and now I just need to find a cover for the jug itself! Overall it’s keeping a nice charge, it gets used everyday for making tea etc. I’ve not charged it yet, it’s still running on the charge it arrived with. It comes with an USB charging cord to charge it when necessary. It’s sleek and easy to clean, easy to use. It pumps out enough water but it would be cool to have that as a setting, the ability to disperse a little or a lot at a time. Very happy with this product so far! ... show more

A bit loose on a jug but still fully functional.

Functionally excellent. It dispenses as required. The only real complaint is how wobbly it is on a pretty standard 5 gallon bottle. It doesn't "seat" properly, so it wiggles. I've had no leakage or water quality issues with it, though we use it only for camping. There is not change in taste. Great little water pump

Great water pump charges best you have to have an adapter to the 5 gallon jug or it wobbles and doesn’t work right but overall it’s nice. It’s pretty green.

Works, flow is a little slow and it's a little loud but the battery has lasted at least 1 5 gallon jug. Not the highest quality pump but it's good for the price and I didn't need anything premium. Fit's okay on a regular 5 gallon jug 5/5 value for price, 3.8/5 quality
