Love the size of this pan. I do the high protein diet and I make batch dinners. Washes up well and the only thing that takes some thinking is where am I going to store this? It's YUGE!

This is much bigger than I realized it would be and I LOVE it! Make a lot and freeze things in individual Tupperware to eat later! So pretty and easy to clean up. Only reason I rated the temperature control low was it doesn’t show temperatures...only low to high but that is no big deal. I also couldn’t fit the control into the pan at first so I thought it was broken. I came back a couple hours later and tried again and I just didn’t push it together hard enough. Easy clean up. It is a bit large for my counter and wonder if I should have purchased the smaller size but I don’t think so because I like the idea of only using one pan to cook my eggs and pancakes in the same place! No hot spots. Don’t turn it up very high. Even on low, food heats up quick. I thought I might have burned my stir fry when I got busy and wasn’t paying attention. Other pans left as long like I did this time would have burned food. This pan did a good job of protecting food from my distractions. Could still burn food but less likely than other pans. I can see where it could be a little difficult to store if you have a standard kitchen with no extra large space. Seems to be good quality. It cleans up very quickly due to the nonstick surface. I loved this skillet for so many reasons. Size, easy to use and clean. Used it 2 to 3 times a week. I loved it so much that I bought my daughter in Love one too. I’m sad because mine has developed a short in it and throws every breaker to each kitchen outlet I use it on. I have had it for months now and I can’t return the product for a new one. I wish amazon or. Manufacturers would make this right for me. I have reached out! I am looking at a different brand if they won’t. My husband is quite mechanical and has determined it is not the cord by the short is in the pan. Help Amazon! Regardless it was a wonderful skillet . ... show more

I purchased this to do large quantity meal prep, and while the size is what I am looking for the quality is terrible. Lid: lid doesn't have a permanent seal, it's a rubber gasket that is removable, and no matter how much you fiddle with it, the lid never makes an even seal. Lid stand: poorly designed, cheap, flimsy, easily falls over Handles: poor quality plastic super flimsy under the vessels own weight. Haven't had mine long and a handle already broke Heating element: terrible performance, does not get hot. Well, it does right at the plug source, but the distribution is awful. The only place that gets hot is the very center, or right at the plug. The heating element is two wires that run into an inner circle and a semi outer circle. If you put scrambled eggs in, you can see the outline of the element easily, and see it's poor heat distribution. On top of that, the center isn't flat, if you put scrambled eggs in for example, they run to the edges because the center is raised, right where the main cooking point of it is, so the eggs don't cook well. The edges do not get hot even on high. It's impossible to cook something evenly in this, due to its poor, awful element design. I'd recommend looking for an alternative. ... show more

It is a dream of an electric skillet, nice round size...tall sides. Perfection! My fav thing abt this skillet....I notice no black residue from the nonstick surface rubs off onto a white paper towel! Great quality!!
