One globe has stopped working
Color: oil rubbed bronze 3 light
Size: 3 light
I recently purchased this light and had it installed by an electrician. In the past week one of the three globes has stopped working. The electrician checked it today and the power is no longer going to that globe. What do I need to do next?

Beautiful Chandelier
Color: oil rubbed bronz 5 light
Size: 5 light
We loved (kinda) our original chandelier - because of its beautiful and unique design. It's single flaw was that it used small Halogen light bulbs that frequently burned out and were expensive to replace. On top of that - those bulbs didn't really get very bright - and then eventually, one of the fixtures died, and we had one light out at all times. We shopped around at traditional brick & mortar stores hoping to find a worthy replacement - to no avail. Then - it hit us - check Amazon! Sure enough - Amazon has TONS of beautiful options - though not all would work in our smallish space. THIS chandelier fit the bill however. It is even more beautiful than our previous chandelier - but thankfully takes STANDARD size E26 bulbs. This was easy to install (I have no electrical experience whatsoever) in an existing fixture and didn't take long at all. The only modification I had to make was to shorten the wire because our ceiling is 8 feet and over a table - so the chain was not used. That being said - it does come with a long chain if you have high ceilings. The domes around the lights are a frosted white (not alabaster I believe) - and is nice and bright. I added 60W equivalent dimmable soft white LEDs - which are not as soft as incandescent lights - but look beautiful. I will be adding a dimmer switch - because with 5 60W equivalent bulbs - it can be too bright in certain situations (a good thing!). We've gotten some serious complements on this chandelier since we installed it, and we marvel at its beauty every time we flip the switch on. If you're looking for a beautiful, bright chandelier to your home - look no further.

Light fixture came damaged
Color: black 5 light
Size: 5 light
The electricity wire that was attached to the fixture came with a huge nick in it. I had to repair the wire before I installed the fixture.

Good looking light
Color: oil rubbed bronz 5 light
Size: 5 light
My wife and I looked all over the big box stores and couldn't find the right one. This one really caught our eye. I had to have an electrician wire in a new run for this in a finished ceiling, so he hung it while he was here, so I really don't know how hard the installation was. He didn't have a problem. Once hung, I noticed it was hanging slightly off level. Tried twisting the chain a putting more slack on the wire but that didn't work. I bought some heavy fishing sinkers and put two inside one of the light cups and that got it hanging level.
