Changing my review....these boots are so comfortable and warm, I purchased another pair....inside they feel like slippers, and outside in the snow, you won't slip....they are made well, and are so comfy and warm, you won't be sorry you purchased these. Go ahead, get them while their hot. One thing though, these are NOT slip on, you need to use a shoe horn or bend down to pul them on, as your heel bends the back over, if they made the heel harder so you could just slip these on, they would be perfect.

Lightweight boots warm and comfortable

So far so great. These boots are just what I needed; they’re comfortable, warm and most importantly for me; they are lightweight. I haven’t a clue if they are waterproof yet cause it’s been dry around these parts. I have another pair that I purchased from Skechers about 2 years ago and they’re still great boots but they are so heavy, that I’m tired before I get to the driveway to start the car. I ordered a size 7 in black and they fit perfectly with my thick lined winter socks. Now my only problem is who to give my look like new boots too. If you are having trouble with your old heavy boots get a few pairs of these. Thank you an Enjoy!!

Nice warm water repellent boots.

These boots are very comfortable and keep my feet dry in the snow. They seem durable and have really good traction. I walk my dogs daily around 5 acres and have not slipped wearing these boots. They are easy to put on as they only come to above the ankle. There is no arch support but is room to insert a pair of arch supports if needed. The boots are versatile enough that I can wear them in the office with slacks and it's not obvious that I am wearing winter boots. I recommend these boots.

I bought these specifically for dog walking, they slip on and off which is great, and they do their job, in other words feet dry and warm while walking through the snow and much that is the midwest during this time of year. Size is pretty accurate and they are comfortable even on longer walks.

Love them. Just what I needed.

I was skeptical, but they are great. I’m an in-between size of 9.5, which they don’t sell. I wasn’t sure whether to go with the 9 or the 10. I purchased both, and ended up keeping the 9. The 9 was a perfect fit with the socks I wear. I don’t wear thick socks. Since I have wide ankles, I thought I might need the larger size, but while the bigger size seemed to have a longer length, the opening seemed about the same. And I didn’t have a problem with my wide ankles fitting in the shoe. They are not hands-free, but if you hold onto the back, they do slip on very easily because of the fur lining. We recently had a blizzard. I did not use them when shoveling out the driveway, but I did use them when cleaning off my car and to run in and out, and they were great. They do seem waterproof. If you’re dealing with many inches of snow, I would choose a taller boot to wear, but if not, these are wonderful and very comfortable. At first, they squeaked a lot, but that got better after wearing.

Runs wide, perfect for me

Nice cold weather boots, solid sole, warm, comfortable, cute and a keeper. I normally wear 5.5, and thought the size 6 fit me perfectly. But the inside fluff does flatten with wearing and now the inside of the boot does feel bigger. So I recommend staying true-to-size unless you plan to wear with thick socks. Also, I have a wide foot and prefer wide toe box shoes. I tried a couple different styles of Shibever winter ankle boots. This particular style #2742 ran wider and worked great for me.

Don’t feel fasciitis pain!!

This are true to size I got on sz7. You feet will be comfortable not to loose not to tight. They don’t have zippers on the sides but they slide on easily. On black ice they won’t grab be careful. Normal cold day you’ll be good and cozy. Won’t now if is really waterproof yet (I’ll update on that). I have been having Plantar fasciitis issues lately and with this bootie’s my foots won’t go sideways. And I don’t feel fasciitis pain. No smell of anything!! Update; So I use them in a rainy day. They didn’t got wet, but wasn’t pouring raining so I’ll update in a future.

Definitely NOT snow boots but nice!

Update: I was able to actually use these in about an inch of wet snow to walk my dog. They are definitely NOT waterproof. After 15 minutes of walking in an INCH of wet snow I could feel moisture seeping in. How is this a waterproof winter boot? I can’t understand how this can be marketed in any way to be a winter/snow BOOT unless you live in Florida or the desert southwest. I wouldn’t wear them in the rain, never mind the snow. Like l said earlier, they make a nice comfortable indoor/outdoor slipper. That’s about it. I took off 2 stars because of how they are being marketed as “winter boots.” If they were titled “Indoor/Outdoor Slippers” l would have given them 5 stars. They are a nice slipper but definitely NOT a winter boot. They aren’t even a rain boot! “Winter boots” is a definite misnomer and misleading description. These are only winter boots if you live in some place that rarely gets snow and you only use them to briefly go outside to get the mail or climb into your car. Trust me, you don’t want go outside in any real amount of snow with these on. The soles are rubber and have a bit of traction but the actual shoe (it’s not a boot but a high top shoe) is made of a cloth type material that doesn’t even belong on a winter boot. The inside is lined with a soft fur that is actually quite nice. I’m not sure with how well it will hold up over time though, especially in outside conditions. What they are is a great inexpensive pair of inside/outside shoes. If you’re the type that regularly takes off your outside shoes when you enter your home and want something comfortable to walk around inside in with an occasional dash outside to say, walk the dog or pick up your Amazon package, these are awesome. I use them to keep my feet warm for camping. They are easy to slip on and off and keep my feet warm outside. Basically they are my camping shoes. They are warm and are comfortable. They are basically good outside slippers. They do run on the larger side. I’m a size 8.5 and they are a tad loose but fit good with heavier socks, which works for me. What l was looking for was a pair of warm boots to use for working outdoors. These are definitely NOT them! They aren’t for hiking or walking in snow either, unless a “hike” is walking out to your mailbox or car or walking the dog before bedtime. If you’re aware of what they ACTUALLY are as opposed to what the description says they are fine and l plan to keep them because l actually do need something like this. But if you want an actual winter boot then don’t get these because you will be disappointed. If l were to send them back it would be under the term of “misleading and inaccurate description.” Now l have to go look for some actual winter boots….
