I needed some where I can sit but take occasional naps in my gaming/beauty room. The couch visually looks appealing and pulls into a bed which is very comfortable for the price. I got the full size and it fit perfectly in my room. I highly recommend this couch for gamers who have limited space. Great for guests as well. I’m glad I purchased this as I almost went with the bean bag bed on Amazon but this looks so much better for the price. Set up wasn’t difficult but do recommend having someone help. Took about 40 minutes to put together. The only thing I don’t care for are the cup holders wayyyy too small I can’t fit anything in there lol but at least your able to remove them. ... show more

This sleeper chair is the perfect addition to my home office. It’s easy to put together, and I’m very impressed with the quality of the product. Cushions are way more comfortable than I expected, and it looks even better in person. 10/10 recommend.

Looks good. Bed mode feels a bit hard to lay on. Pulls out easy and doesn't lose shape. I have slept on it many times with no problem. The cup holders are far too small for anything. Easy to assemble.

Cheap product, thin and will be miserable to sleep on. page has issues, picked out grey but when I went back to look at pics and didn't double check before I hit submit .. got Brown. They will refund but then I have to pay to ship it back.. its not with $70 to ship.

Once we assembled the product we found it to not be functional as a couch. If one person sits it sags you into the back corner and into the side of the couch you can't sit in a normal comfortable position and the structure and discomfort is worse if two people sit. Also the cup holders are a joke and pointless they only thing that could fit would be small juice boxes or pouches. I contacted the seller requesting a return and refund because it being defective as a couch. First issue they had was that the pieces vacuum sealed had been open and second because we didn't have the original boxes in a usable condition. The boxes came damaged but it didn't hurt the product and in order for us to assemble we needed space so the boxes got broken down and put in recycling. There would be no way of knowing the couch was no good without putting it completely together. They wouldn't allow us a refund. They tried to offer a $45 dollar discount to have us keep it mind you it cost over $420 with shipping. I declined and advised I wouldn't even keep it, if it was free. They refused a return and refund. Horrible customer service and on top they found it acceptable to say they haven't gotten any complaints from buyers since they made upgrades to the product. Luckily Amazon customer service is AMAZING and fixed the issues for me after I got no help from the direct seller. Zero stars for everything besides being easy to assemble it wasn't hard to assemble but it could of had better instructions. ... show more

The couch is comfy and still looks great over a month after purchasing it. As far as downsides go, the instruction manual is a little too basic and could have been written with better visuals. Nonetheless, it's easy to move the cushions around and make a bed out of this couch if you want it to. If you're looking for just a sofa, then this product is still good and worth getting if you like its appearance, yet still seek something comfortable and firm. ... show more

This loveseat is perfect for a smaller space. The color was accurate and the fabric is nice. It was easy to assemble and pulls out easily. The size of the cushions when pulled out is quite large, and we were able to sleep on it comfortably. This couch/bed layout was perfect for my son with cerebral palsy. He cannot get into a regular-height bed, so I thought this would have been perfect. The directions weren’t great, but they were good enough. One of the bolts for the arm rests were cross-threaded, but luckily, they included a spare. This thing should have taken less than 30 minutes to put together, but we spent almost two hours on it because we thought we were missing something with how the zippers lined up. If we put it together with the zippers the way they were sown on, the couch didn’t lay flat or the couch didn’t fold up correctly. As seen in the photos, the zipper was not sown on correctly on either the end piece/cushion or the middle cushion. I doubt my son will use the couch as an actual couch, but it would have been nice if we could get all three pieces attached. If I hadn’t spent so much time on it, and it wouldn’t still work for my son, I’d send it back. It is comfortable, and if it went together the way it should have, I would have given it five stars. Since a zipper was put on incorrectly, I have to give it only two stars. It’ll work, but it’s not all the way together. ... show more
