I needed some where I can sit but take occasional naps in my gaming/beauty room. The couch visually looks appealing and pulls into a bed which is very comfortable for the price. I got the full size and it fit perfectly in my room. I highly recommend this couch for gamers who have limited space. Great for guests as well. I’m glad I purchased this as I almost went with the bean bag bed on Amazon but this looks so much better for the price. Set up wasn’t difficult but do recommend having someone help. Took about 40 minutes to put together. The only thing I don’t care for are the cup holders wayyyy too small I can’t fit anything in there lol but at least your able to remove them. ... show more

Nice color and soft fabric. Easy to set up and to open onto the bed. The 2 cushions are great but the part that is attached to the couch where you would put the pillow is hard. It's uncomfortable. This is also the part you would sit on while watching TV (in bed form). There's no cushioning on that part for some reason. ... show more

I recommend not putting the whole thing together before putting it wherever you were going to because the entire sofa bed won't fit through a doorway. You'll have to carry two separate pieces and put it back together in the room or area you're wanting to set it up in. It is not any less comfortable than a twin mattress on the floor without a bed frame. Id suggest a foldable mattress topper. The back board of the sofa where your back is supposed to sit has two holes on each side that don't line up properly but if you skip the second (bottom) holes and just screw a knob in the two top ones it will sit up well enough to use and you can just store the other screw knobs that it comes with for later as spares. Don't step on any piecebof the sofa bed while assembling. Some metal parts can bend easily and re shape it the wrong way making assembly harder. Be prepared to flip it every which way to get bolts in. The L wrench is okay but a beotch to continuously move just to get things tight. If you don't mind spending time on this it's cute once it's done and hopefully if you ever have toove it you just have to take it half apart. It's not very heavy. I am a small female and put it together and lifted it by myself without help. I like the faux leather because it's much easier to wipe clean with kids and pets around. Becareful with the zipper don't yank on it or it will rip the fabric into pieces. It's slightly delicate lol enjoy and read the packaging instructions. The seller said not to cut open the air tight bags that hold the fluffy pieces otherwise they won't accept returns which I think is fair because you can still put the frame together and see if it fits your space before unbagging the actual sofa bed cushions and if you don't like it or it doesn't fit the space don't open the cushions. Just box it back up and do the normal return process on Amazon like you do with any other items. For the zippers on the cushions you have to flip them around until they zip properly. Do t give up. Once we assembled the product we found it to not be functional as a couch. If one person sits it sags you into the back corner and into the side of the couch you can't sit in a normal comfortable position and the structure and discomfort is worse if two people sit. Also the cup holders are a joke and pointless they only thing that could fit would be small juice boxes or pouches. I contacted the seller requesting a return and refund because it being defective as a couch. First issue they had was that the pieces vacuum sealed had been open and second because we didn't have the original boxes in a usable condition. The boxes came damaged but it didn't hurt the product and in order for us to assemble we needed space so the boxes got broken down and put in recycling. There would be no way of knowing the couch was no good without putting it completely together. They wouldn't allow us a refund. They tried to offer a $45 dollar discount to have us keep it mind you it cost over $420 with shipping. I declined and advised I wouldn't even keep it, if it was free. They refused a return and refund. Horrible customer service and on top they found it acceptable to say they haven't gotten any complaints from buyers since they made upgrades to the product. Luckily Amazon customer service is AMAZING and fixed the issues for me after I got no help from the direct seller. This couch is nice for small spaces. But it definitely is very tight with 2 people sitting on it Or laying on the bed part. It's very comfortable for 1 person.

This couch/bed layout was perfect for my son with cerebral palsy. He cannot get into a regular-height bed, so I thought this would have been perfect. The directions weren’t great, but they were good enough. One of the bolts for the arm rests were cross-threaded, but luckily, they included a spare. This thing should have taken less than 30 minutes to put together, but we spent almost two hours on it because we thought we were missing something with how the zippers lined up. If we put it together with the zippers the way they were sown on, the couch didn’t lay flat or the couch didn’t fold up correctly. As seen in the photos, the zipper was not sown on correctly on either the end piece/cushion or the middle cushion. I doubt my son will use the couch as an actual couch, but it would have been nice if we could get all three pieces attached. If I hadn’t spent so much time on it, and it wouldn’t still work for my son, I’d send it back. It is comfortable, and if it went together the way it should have, I would have given it five stars. Since a zipper was put on incorrectly, I have to give it only two stars. It’ll work, but it’s not all the way together. ... show more
