I couldn't even get past step 2. I could barely even unscreww the screws. I don't know if the screw quality is super low or if it's the way they have you put it together. I got it earlier than expected but when it arrived I could tell someone else had already tried to put some of these pieces together I couldn't even get it apart. I'm returning this and hopefully I get a refund even though I couldn't get some pieces back in the box, I'll update if I get a refund or not, but I will be buying from a different company. It's very bad customer service to send an already returned item and I am super frustrated and disappointed. It's a waste of time and time is money and now I gotta waste more time returning this thing. And what's even more frustrating they don't even pay for the return they want over a 100 bucks in postage. Do not waste your time with this thing.. I will also add that once I realized it would be $60 to return this thing I asked for help to put it together. I had a male help me and he had to screw in the screws really hard and I am not sure how he got all the screws in but he did, he said the holes were not lined up correctly. So if ordering this and you're a single mom I would plan on asking a male in your circle to help you. After getting it put together it is holding me just fine. I'm 5'3 190 pounds and my kids 7 and 8 will sleep with me on it on occasion. But it is super wobly when climbing up and down. Again if you can afford a more expensive one I would go with that one. After dealing with this I will not be buying anything unless it has free returns.

Good amount of space under the bed. Works great for my 8 year old. No creeks/noise so far 👍. It was Fairly simple to assemble besides the little bed bars that hold the bed underneath. Those were a good little struggle lol. Good loft bed.
