This chair is the best purchase I made with my stimulus money. I got it because I have severe back issues and have been undergoing painful testing, treatments and may have to have back surgery. I needed a more comfortable way to get up out of a chair, yet looks good and has nice features. And it was quick and easy to assemble. It took longer to take it out of the boxes than it did to assemble it. It has a powerful lift, reclines to a comfortable level and the massage nearly puts me to sleep. The side and front pockets, USB port and the storage compartments under the armrests are very nice features as well. With these I can charge my phone and store frequently needed items so I can get comfortable in the chair without having to get up so often. I highly recommend this chair for anyone with back problems. It has become my best friend.

I bought this chair for my father who gets weak from his chemo treatments. There are two boxes, one shipped FedEx and the other UPS and arrived on two different days. I contacted the seller after the first box arrived and their response was within one business day. Aside from that the delivery was quicker than expected. Great quality chair that was easy to put together. It works great and is extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Nice chair smaller than I expected vibration I was hopeing would be seamless but it's not remote came smashed to pieces but they sent me a replacement could use a few design upgrades longer cables for remote more easily understandable remote and possibly a USB slot with fast charging would be nice. chair does help getting to feet just really slow not ment for wider people

The two boxes arrived 5 days apart and the last box had a whole in it and was scuffed up. We opened it and and nothing was damaged. It took about 30 minutes to put together. It is so easy to get in and out of. I am a 70 yo man w/ weak knees. I am also 275;bs it feels sturdy and reclines smoothly. My only complaint is that I wished the the foot rest would raise a little higher.

Here is a catch 22. It would cost more to return the chair than I thought. Not worth returning, I would lose more than half the cost. My issue is the arm rests that hide storage. There are no hinges. The stapled the arm rests with cloth attached to the chair. The wood under the arm rest hits your side if you lean over on either side. Poor design. This is the only chair you can get from this company. I ordered a different one and will either fix this one of sell it There are two bolt heads coming through the front cushion. Cannot sit forward as they will poke you. Horrible design.

I was looking for a recliner chair for my new apartment and came across this one with the power lift option... my ex girlfriend still comes over and has a hard time getting out of chairs, and the price was right, so I got it. Took a couple days for the power source to get electricity, but now it's working fine. Has massage and heat features I didn't know about, so that was even better

One week after using it the armrest cover fell off, held together by staples, the other is 1/2 off. Chair was easy to assemble, smaller than it looks in the pictures, comfort is very firm. I would not purchase from this manufacturer again purely because it is constructed of staples. I got this chair for my recovery from back surgery. Only 2 of the four sections of the massage work. Save your cash, spend a little more and buy from a local furniture store

We bought this chair for my mother who just had a hip replacement. It works great for her. It’s comfortable enough that she can nap in it. Only inconvenience is that the massage function requires a separate power source. Which isn’t a huge deal, just inconvenient. This chair will definitely get used a lot, and the price was great!!
