Sturdy, well-built, functional, and it is space-saving. My daughter is 8 years old, and she is able to put her bed away and bring it back out. She makes sure to use the safety locks when putting it away and in use. She loves it and likes the LED light strip. It is a battery-powered light. I would say cost-wise it was a good buy for the price. My husband put it together, and he said it was difficult to follow. They give you spare parts just in case, and that was convenient. A 6-inch tri-fold mattress is needed and sold separately. I am 5’1 and 268 lbs, and it supported my height/weight perfectly fine. The bed says it supports 400 lbs. Sturdiness is top-tier for sure. The locking mechanism overtime still works well. The outlets on the bed work great too. The sides do have sharp edges, so please be careful. They are cut slightly smaller than each other so it can fold up. There’s no way to avoid that with any product if you’re looking for the cabinet Murphy bed. I would recommend this for 8 years and up.

It looks fantastic in the living room, guests doesnt notice it is a bed until is open. The manual for assembly was detailed and included all necessary parts and tools + a few extras just in case, took me around 2 hours to assembly (only 1 person), the worst part was just taking up the stairs lol, is a heavy package. But when assembly the quality for the materials and assembly sturdiness makes it worth! Extra storage is included for the guest to store any package / clothes for more than a week. 100% recommended! Great product

This was way better than I expected for the price. It is a beautiful cabinet. I was able to put this together by myself (woman/40's) with no issues. The directions were very clear. It took a few hours but came together very easily. It holds a tri-fold mattress that is 4" and has space for a bigger mattress. Drawers slide easily out of the bottom and it has a big storage space that is holding 2 pillows, a comforter and sheet set. No regrets, it's a beautiful piece of furniture and exactly what I was looking for in my guest room.

I just put it together last night, so it hasn’t had any usage yet, but it seems solid and looks nice. I ordered the full size and it arrived in 3 boxes as described…they are very heavy (one is around 65lbs and the other two around 95lbs). But they are well packed and the only way I could foresee something being damage would be if the box was destroyed. Once unpacked, there’s only a couple of pieces that are heavy on their own. The box numbers are labeled on the side…I recommend opening Box 3 first as that’s where the instructions and hardware are. I like to consider myself a pro with putting these types of things together and it took me abt 2.5 hrs start to finish. A small screw driver is also included, although the handle broke on mine fairly early on. The hardware is clearly labeled which I appreciated. The instructions are fairly clear although the rails/tracks can be a little tricky. You’ll want to separate them like it says in the beginning of the instructions…then pay attention to the pictures to know which half to use when. The inside rail portion has a little indentation/U on one end so look for that to ensure it’s put the right way around. I did run into a problem with the latches where 2 had one side broken off and the insides popped out. But I was still able to put back together and attach with just the one side, and I just used those in the area that will get less use (bottom/attach to footboard). I haven’t tried the lights or outlets yet. Lots of room on the inside either for a trifold mattress or other things like blankets, pillows, etc. Drawer also seems roomy and entire thing seems fairly sturdy. As of right now, it seems nice, it wouldn’t get heavy usage, so hoping my opinion won’t change.
