The stand is very tedious to put together. Took almost 6 hours to put up. The stand and the fireplace comes in separate boxes on separate days. The stand comes before the fireplace. Once put together it is great addition. Fireplace changes colors as well and led lights. Not the best picture because I was exhausted afterwards lol. Took while laying on the couch lol. 6/30 - second update: the company has agreed to send me a new fireplace insert which is in back order for 3 months. Once I receive the insert my next gripe is having to disassemble this thing and insert the fireplace. This will be a major pain. At least they’ve offered a new part and once it comes in I’ll update again. After a little over one year, the fan stopped working. Ive contacted the seller to resolve this. Keep in mind this isn’t used 24/7 so the fan should not “wear out” in less than 6 months use. Will update as I hear back. Product was horrible to assemble. Extremely ambiguous and half the holes you couldn’t find to screw the hardware into. When you did, they weren’t big enough to go through and they go through the side causing a break. The Allen wrench is never an easy tool to use so nauseous sure you have a power drill and put it on the slowest setting. Trust me. Other than that, the structure is sturdy and once it’s assembled it’s nice. I’m pleased with the heat output and the ambiance it puts out. I have no idea what the power bill will come back as (if it’s going to kill me like a space heater or not make a dent at all) but it really is a nice looking tv stand. My tv is mounted on the wall so more room on the stand for sound bar and ceramics and gaming systems. Looks nice and money well spent. Note to the company: MAKE DIRECTIONS EASIER TO UNDERSTAND AND NOT SO AMBIGUOUS TO ASSEMBLE ... show more

It’s a struggle putting it together, took us 3 hours to put it together and that wasn’t even taking a break. But it is so pretty and nice once it’s all put together. It is frustrating and the directions are hard to read. So you have to have patience and non anger issues lol. But we love the fireplace and the LED lights. ... show more

This is a headache. If you’re impatient, or easy to get upset, do not even think about this. 4 hours went by and i was still stuck on step 1... screws didnt fit right in holes, instruction is very poor, comes in way to many pieces to begin with. Its sad because ii really wanted to to work.. its so beautiful and have so much potential... but why did i pay almost $300 just to get boards? Im literally building this from scratch myself... i feel like i could've bought my own boards and build it myself for cheaper. This product made no sense. I requested a refund & was told i will get sent a new one that will work ... so i dont know, lets see if i can try again because as i said ii really want this to workout but if not, i want my full refund :( ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I like the product overall.It was too many parts to assemble but it worth the money that I spent.It was one wrong part behind the stand but doesn’t effect the overall look.

This product does not actually come with a place to put the fireplace you have to pretty much build it out and figure out a way to work it in. It's actually not worth the headache in my opinion but with Amazon effing up a lot lately I'm just gonna keep trying to put this multi piece nightmare together. The instructions don't tell you how to put in the dang fireplace. It doesn't even come with the screws to secure it in place you have to find your own. Please don't buy this crap.
