Looks good, just like the photos. Takes a while to put together, which is the nature of build it yourself furniture, but the instructions are clear, just follow them step by step. Fireplace looks good and puts out a fair amount of heat. Good value.

It was somewhat easy to install; looks great and gives out adequate heat. The reason I gave it a 4 Star is because as you see in the pictures below. The Labels of items were missing. and the instruction could be a lot better. You have to judge which piece goes where in most of my build as the numbers were not there. Also I would check to make sure you have all the parts needed. I was missing the E2 part which goes on the sliding drawers. So I made a couple from the Dowls and it work great. I also posted pictures of the fire with different colors looked great on Christmas Eve. Over all I would recommend this setup

I'm giving it 1 star because it looks nice put together. However, I had issues getting it put together. I only have a hand tool (not electric), so it took a long time to put together. But, once I got to the end, one of the sliding doors didn't have the holes needed to put the handle on. I was totally frustrated by that point and emailed the company letting them know the situation and asked for a prepaid return postage. They replied asking for pictures which I sent. They said they would comp me a small amount of money to drill the holes myself. I don't have a drill. It took forever taking it all apart and putting it away. I let them know I did not have the means to do that and since it seemed like they really want me to keep it, I wanted at least half the paid amount comped back to me because i had to find someone to drill holes for me or they could just send me prepaid postage because it was already getting to be way more work than it should have been. They didn't respond. I emailed again, and still no response. The whole thing has been frustrating. I wouldn't recommend getting this product unless you have the tools to DIY what they failed to provide for your purchase.

Sturdy and very nice but skipping is deceiving. It come in 2 different pacages separately and on different dates. It will say delivered when you only have the heater insert and won't tell you when the rest will arrive. Took about 2 hours to assemble and not all the pieces are numbered.
