I was a little skeptical of the price but the other reviews were spot on. This is a great value for the price and compliments my family room decor. Like others said the instructions, rather the pictures were small so hard to tell in some pieces which direction to use. We initially put the sides on backwards. Clue should have been the holes but luckily you can’t see our goof. Took my husband and I two and a half hours. Like ikea it’s one of those use here and never move items but I wanted something inexpensive and pretty. Came much faster than advertised and no damage. ... show more

Took a few hours to put together, but we took our time. Very sturdy and well constructed. Amazing for price.I put my plants and hydroponic sets on it in front of a 5 foot window. We put 2 nice boot trays that just fit on the top to protect the wood and keep supplies underneath. Perfect height, but also would make a great tv stand. We love it. Putting together just takes patience, and well worth it. I might have added some glue to the top dowels to make it a little stronger, but don't plan on moving it Just a little advice. ... show more

    • I love it! Exactly how what I wanted and looks even better than the picture
I did not order this for a TV stand although that's its advertised purpose. I have this "SPACE" just as you come in from the garage across from my laundry room which has turned into a DUMP SITE. I wanted something with storage but a space on top. (If it looks "pretty" on top maybe I won't use it as a dump site.) I wanted shelves across the entire space and doors on part of it. After all, some things just need not be displayed. I also did not want doors to open. I wanted sliding doors because I could just see myself in the garage. Forget something and head back into the house in a rush and bust one door -- ruining it. I also like to decorate with a bit of a farmhouse (I was raised on a farm and it's my nostalgic decorative side :-) ... This fits my requirements 100% (which included specific measurements). The instructions were good although my son had a better idea for doing the first section. The Allen wrench that comes with it is okay to use. Other needed tools are a regular screwdriver, a power screwdriver (it will speed the process), and a hammer. It can be done by one person but there are times in the assembly that make it a LOT easier if a second person is available. Yes, I recommend it.
