My boyfriend put this together so this is based on his opinion also. 1. The diagram and instructions could’ve been a little more clearer. 2. There wasn’t too many pieces which is great. 3. The material is study and of pretty good quality. With that being said, this still deserves 5 stars. I did a lot of research before buying. I wanted something for a good price, that was large enough to look nice standing alone, but not too big to take up too much space. I personally think it was a great deal and it looks amazing in my living room. The fire place comes with a cute little remote that controls the heat setting, the brightness of he led light on 3 levels, and the crackling fire sound. I only bought this because I just moved, but I’ve always wanted a fireplace. I wanted something that felt cozy when fall and the holidays come around. I really like the crackling sound effect and the fact that I can turn it on and off. I’m very impressed!

So happy with my mantel and fireplace tv stand and bookcase. It is classic in design but will fit any decor. Very easy to put together but it is heavy and requires 2 people to set it up.

I LOVE this fireplace! It looks realistic with logs. I mean, obviously no one will walk in and say do I need to get wood for the fire…but…the flame and glow are realistic. It’s still too warm to use the heating feature but I predict it will be adequate. We don’t get super cold weather here in the winter and I think it will take the chill off of the living room. Let’s talk about assembly. My husband is 78. I’m 62. He read the instructions to me and I assembled it. About the last hour he left to go get pizza and I finished the assembly. It took me 5 hours including clean up and putting away tools . I know the directions say 2 hours but honestly, I did not want to make any mistakes so I took my time. These are some of the best assembly instructions I’ve seen in years. They are easy to follow and if you follow the steps and don’t try to anticipate you should have no problems. We DID have a couple of minor issues. The plastic stabilizing pieces had a couple of chunks of plastic that filled the hole. Easy fix. We drilled it out but I wrestled with it for 30 minutes before I figured it out. The major problem we had was installing the main mantle. I probably spent an hour or so working on it and scratching my head and finally had to remove 2 of the dowels because they were over 1/8” too high. We tried drilling the hole down more but couldn’t make it work so we took them out. There is still a gap where the top of the mantle meets the front board so my solution was some caulking to eliminate the gap. Pretty easy fix but was a time consuming problem. Honestly, I have no issues with the assembly process but it wasn’t easy peasy lemon squeezey. I am absolutely in LOVE and am SO glad I decided to purchase this taller and wider model. I’m looking forward to accessorizing the shelves and cannot wait to hang stockings this Christmas. I feel like the quality is good. The price was fair. Assembly was about what I expected. Instructions were great. I would recommend this unit to anyone and I’m kinda wishing I hadn’t waited so long to bring this into my life!

This fireplace is a game changer in our four-season sunroom. It adds additional warmth, obviously, and style. My husband said it was one of the easiest instructions he has experienced. It is built with sturdy materials. The sounds of crackling fire was a surprise feature. Bookshelves on either side are useful and make it grounded. We highly recommend this!

Easy to put together, and made of good materials. The size is rather large, and there's decent storage room. the faux wood coating is rather thin, but the color looks great! the flame effect looks pretty good, and the heater on it works very well while being very quiet. I would buy thos again. had it a bit over a month and have used it nightly.

I got this for my mom as a Christmas gift a couple years ago. It's beautiful, and it gets so warm and cozy. We used it during a snow storm a few months ago and it kept everyone warm. I would absolutely recommend it! I didn't assemble it, but my dad didn't seem to have any issues with it!

Bought this fireplace for my wife and she absolutely loves it. Seems to be built well, easy to assemble, and looks great in our sunroom. You can’t really argue with the price either. We really like being able to keep it running the flame for the effect and not be using the heat at the same time and the crackling sounds are cool too. We had one issue with a mismatched part but the company handled a replacement lightening fast. In fact, the customer service reps name was Joey and he was awesome!
