Customer service was excellent. I had some trouble getting the cooktop connected to a propane take, but they went above and beyond in my opinion to help me navigate getting it connected and working. The cooktop looks nice and is a good value. I am disappointed with the variation of the flame size though. The difference between the high and low setting is minimal. The high setting seems good, but the low setting tends to be a bit higher than what I would prefer. Adjusting the knobs only works for about half of the setting allowed for it. It's kind of hard to explain, but the knob's turn on at the high position (at the 9 o'clock position). The lowest setting position for the knob is at the 6 o'clock position. However adjusting the flame only works between the 7 and 6 o'clock positions. Between 9 and 7 o'clock positions there is no adjustment happening to the flame, it just stays at the high flame until approximately 7 o'clock when it finally begins to adjust down the flame. The cooktop I give 4 stars, but for how awesome the customer service was, I will give it 5 stars. It's rare to have a customer service team help the way they did.

Product looks great and works well. At first I had and issue with the small burner not staying lit but product support was amazingly quick to respond and helped solve the issue. Turns out I had the burner tops reversed, as soon as I switched them over the stove works perfectly.

Product is good as I expected , but the customer service was unbelievable helpful. I had not enough experience to convert LPG to this stove but the customer service helped me to fix it numerous times until I was able to setup.
