The couch is easy to put together, is comfy-ish - back provides little support but a few pillows help. The rest of the couch is decent quality. Little to no imperfections. It fits perfectly in the space I needed it for, best part is if I move you can buy additional pieces to make it a bigger couch. For the price of this couch, it’s totally worth it.

I knew this sofa wasn't going to be high end for the price, but I'm very happy with it. It's extremely comfortable. You may need a well placed pillow at the armrest, as you can slightly feel the wood frame if you lean too hard onto it. Likewise, I'll probably attach a heavy velcro strip to the back cushions as they move around a bit. That said... I love that it's a sectional, as my building elevator is too small to get a standard size sofa in it. And, it's huge and will easily double as a single sleeper. I got the Teddy White Sherpa fabric option which I love! It's soooo cozy; comparable to sheared sheepskin. Super durable! Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase, and I think you will be too.

The stock photo of the couch makes it look amazing. That's the only good part. When you follow the directions of assembling the couch the back pieces push too far in and make it barely able to sit. This couch actually hurt my back. The couch comes with 4 connecting screws to stabilize the couch together and there's clearly 8 holes. There couch doesn't feel very stable. The seat cushions feel fine, however, the arm cushions and back cushions provided zero padding and are worthless. When it comes down to it you're really just spending an awful lot of money on the three big sea cushions, everything else about this couch is a scam and should be avoided at all costs. Many other stop shoppers sell it and this product must be avoided. It's not even deep seated.

After having this for more than 3 weeks I’ve come to the conclusion that this couch is purely just for aesthetics. If you’re planning on actually sitting on it and enjoying movie nights this isn’t for you. There is absolutely no cushion! Granted it’s super cheap which is the main reason I got this thing so you really get what you pay for here. I mean the couch itself is of soft material but the cushion is seriously lacking. The backrest cushion, the couch seat cushions, it’s just flat and seriously uncomfortable. Literally the only cushiony soft part of this couch is the armrests and the ottoman which is soo confusing cause why couldn’t the whole couch be like that? Assembling was very easy and delivery was fast. It’s a cute couch and genuinely perfect for my small space but it’s just not comfortable. I read a lot of reviews where people bought extra cushion and added it in so I’m going try that. If that doesn’t work, it’s back to Facebook marketplace we go because my back and my butt hurts. Hope this helps!

At first I was skeptical to buy a couch online. About a year ago I bought the white Sherpa version of this couch (no longer available) and absolutely fell in love. I have a large dog, so I learned my lesson with white material like that because it was impossible to clean. I bought this black one with an extra chair and it is BEAUTIFUL in person. Still same comfort quality as before. Shipping happens in multiple packaging over multiple days but over all only took me about 45 minutes to assemble by myself. If you’re hesitant, just get it. The only “cons” for some people could be the height and lack of support on the back. I’m short so height is irrelevant. But I could see how that could deter someone.

This review is from a real live midwest-american on a budget. I was weary to buy a couch on Amazon but I'm really glad I did. Pros: it was delivered quick, less than a week. It did come in 2 big boxes, but they did not come separately, 2 boxes- same day. Really easy to put together and came with 3 packages of hardware (I still have enough leftover to build another couch, ha!) The seat cushions have springs and are comfy yet sturdy, I don't feel like I'll be sinking anytime soon. The couch has deeper seats than most couches I could find online and I can lay down on this comfortably. It's beautiful, the fabric is soft, and it's been stitched well. Cons: it is a bit "short" height-wise, but it works well for my living room. The back cushions are more like long pillows, they're a little firm so I may end up adding my own stuffing.. my biggest issue with them is that they don't Velcro or adhere to the backboard so they move frequently, it's not a deal breaker though. The only issue I had with assembling was that some of the screw holes had some of the liner fabric gathered inside, making screwing in the legs a little difficult, but I got it. And finally, the legs are plastic.. albeit a pretty sold solid plastic however they're not very heavy, meaning my Ottoman slides a lot, which wouldn't be a problem if I had carpet. I wish the legs were made of a heavier material or that leastwise the Ottoman itself was heavier. All in all though, I love this couch... it's seriously no worse than what I could have (and have purchased) at a furniture store for 3x the price.
