Affordable Sectional
Color: Chenille-dark Brown
Review Image by Jennifer Clark Jennifer Clark
Great couch! Affordable, comfortable and easy installation. It is lower to the floor than a “standard” couch. I chose the dark chenille color option. I didn’t realize it but it also has black specs in the material. (I would have went with the green option had I known). It’s to much work to send back so I’ll keep it. It works for my small space. I just wish I would have went with a different color. 😬 ... show more

TERRIBLE -- DO NOT BUY
Color: Chenille-dark Green
Do. Not. Buy. This whole ordeal was a nightmare. When we first got it, it was compressed/sealed into 2 boxes. Unboxing it did not improve any of the corners of the couch at all. The quality of the materials is awful. The cushions have been in the compacted vacuum sealed packaging for so long that they've retained that squished shape and will never return to normal, despite the aeration and help we've given it. I reached out to the seller to return it but had a lot of difficulties. Because of the fact that everything was vacuum sealed, it all fit into the original 2 boxes... however, once everything was out... obviously would NOT fit back in as there was ZERO WAY to re-vacuum seal the cushions in order to return. Save yourself the headache because it is impossible to return. ... show more

Sofa sectional
Color: Chenille-light Grey
Sofa is really cute it’s just lower to the ground than I’d like, none the less very nice perfect size and good price. Easy to put together. Light grey color. Comfortable to sit on, sturdy.

Excellent Customer Service and a Responsible Seller
Color: Chenille-light Grey
I’m writing this review mainly because of how professional and responsible this seller was. The color, material quality, design, ease of use, and overall timing were all great, and the product itself met my expectations in many ways. Even though the model I ordered didn’t end up being the perfect fit for my home, the seller was incredibly cooperative and understanding throughout the entire process. They communicated clearly, responded promptly, and worked with me patiently to find a fair solution. Everything was handled professionally and on time, which honestly made a big difference for me. This is actually the first time I felt compelled to leave a review on Amazon, not just because of the product, but because I truly appreciated buying from a company that is ethical, customer focused, and takes responsibility seriously. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase experience and would confidently recommend this seller. ... show more

Ok for the price
Color: Chenille-dark Grey
Decent couch for the price but the back is very upright and it's kinda uncomfortable trying to sit normally

Great couch for a great price
Color: Chenille-dark Grey
Looks very nice once given a few days to "fluff up". Surprisingly better than expected- especially for the price! Somewhere between firm and soft- it's comfortable enough to nap on.

Great purchase
Color: Chenille-dark Brown

This is right after i opened it. It took around 3 days for couch cushions to fully grow out from corners. It had me worried for a sec. But its verry comfortable clean look. Its a great purchase for the price.

Would give it a 0 if I could
Color: Chenille-beige
DO NOT BUY THIS, this couch is so tiny and not fluffy at all, I saw the good reviews and thought it’d be a good purchase but it’s so bad, to return it is impossible, once it’s opened from the vacuum seal it does not fit in the original boxes and the seller does not provide a pre paid label, we were told by ups that it would be $100 per box which would’ve ended up paying $600 for the return be because it didn’t fit in the boxes so way more then the couch is worth, honestly really bad experience and a waste of money. Can’t even gift it due to how bad it is. Flimsy and ugly it feels like a couch you’d buy for a kid’s play house. ... show more
